The name is just a suggestion, I know there were more players who already made that suggestion. But in short it would be a Frostpunk-ish game except it's Late 2020s and Climate Change just went too extreme and made a general collapse over the world and in the game you would be able to set your region/country (the initial version ones would be: Sahara, Amazonia, US Regions; European Regions; Asia-Pacific Regions; Brazilian Coast; Artic Regions; and Antarctica). And in the game you would need to deal with the extreme temperature changes, like extreme summer, extreme winter, the weather changing abruptly etc. And also in the game would have a soundtrack and aesthetics that would remind the 2020s. And in the game you would be able to have your own culture and religion too. As well as you would be able to develop transhumanist and post-humanist technologies too.
