This is a full 8-world hack that we, the Rainbow Dashers (Cloudie64, Ninetie90s and I), are currently making, with new themes, new levels, new textures, music from other mario games, etc...

We'll be reusing some ideas from my abandoned hack "NSMB DS Deluxe" (which you can find here #"NSMB DS "Deluxe", an old goofy hack i made")

Our goal is to make a fun hack, with good level design, a refreshing feel, and bring our own touch of originality.

a few months ago, i tested the hack on real hardware (twilight menu ++), but when i entered 1-1, it crashes. i know this issue can happen whenever the level has too many objects, but mine didnt have a lot. So, is it because of the amount of objects, the "increase sound heap" code hack, or something else?

you gotta open every single bitmap that uses the jyotyu palette, and also the 5 jyotyu palettes themselves (one of them being the blue coins palette), then export ALL BITMAPS WITH ALL PALETTES, remove the useless/broken stuff (stuff that doesnt match the palettes), then modify whatever you wanna modify, while still keeping attention to stuff that is similar but used in slightly different situations (like brick blocks and ? blocks (animations, being hit, no animation)), and once you edited what you wanted, you reimport the image as "IMPORT ALL BITMAPS WITH ALL PALETTES" otherwise stuff will break
