I think that if it runs on drastic, it should run on a 3ds, because when the game dont crash on drastic and i test on my 3ds, it dont crash too, when it crashes on drastic in the 3ds it also crashes

FINAL BATTLE SPOILER ||Bowser will be on a clown car, then bowser jr will come in another clown car, you need to kill Jr when bowser goes off screen (so you cant hit him) when you kill Jr, you pick the clown car, then bowser will apear again, and the screen will start auto scrooling, until theres no more floor, then bowser will throw some stuff (hammers, spiked balls, and bob ombs (mechakoopa)) and you will need to grab mecha koopas and throw on bowser||

You will grab it, then when you release Y it will get kicked all the way in front, so you need to aim on bowser

On the clown car u need to hit him 10 times

Then he will fall, mario will freeze in the air on the clown car, play the boss key victory animation, and then the credits

I've only played the first level, and overall the level design is pretty nice, I'd just do some minor changes here and there, but the rest is fine
Also, you should try to place less enemies and more powerups, I game over'd already

In the space tank level, you should lower the jumping entrance near the exit, you clip through the ceiling in that part
tbh literally the only thing Iβm disliking about the hack is the enemy spam with low powerups (especially with lack of reserve..) lmao, everything else is great

All of the levels I've played have an exaggerated amount of enemies and very few powerups, which makes the levels really hard, you shouldn't really place enemies everywhere, a few of them are fine
And some other enemies are placed in very unpredictable places, which makes it really hard to dodge them
