well the ways im familiar with would be either importing an nmt that uses 4 palettes, or finding the ncl (not too hard), decompressing it, opening it in a nsmbes hex editor, copying everything and pasting it at the end, then saving and recompressing it
but i also saw a "duplicate palette" button or smthn in nsmbe the other day so maybe that works too

The easiest way I know of making a 4 palette Tileset is exporting the "Beach (Blue)" Tileset from the original game and importing it in the slot you wanna use

If yes, you need to put a zone and extend it around the place where you want the Bullet Bills to be spawned
Then, you put the Bullet Bill Spawner and tick the "Enable Zone ID" setting
And the ID must be the same than the zone you placed
I will transform the w2 bowser jr boss battle into a real boss battle, i will add gimmicks to the other bowser jr boss battles too (the battles will he on the airships)

i could make it work without a trigger event but not with one

i think you have to configure the actor that gets spawned with that one box (the hittable expandable block), and create a new "actor setting" there
then take the actor spawner sprite and make it spawn the id of the actor setting (should be 0 if its the first one, 1 if its the second one, and so on)

You gotta make him charge down near a wall, then wall-jump and do a ground pound on its head (there's some sort of patch, like Whomps). All of this 3 times.

alright here are my reasons to use the shuriken flower vs acorn suit
Shuriken Flower:
- Original Powerup
- Partially done (model + textures + prevent shell-crouch)
- Fits the theme of the hack very well
- Shouldnt be THAT hard to recreate (Will Smith said he would do it)
- Fits the Shuriken Bro enemy
- Specific trajectory but optional power-up, which would make the player try to use it properly if they want
Acorn Suit:
- Possible to do
- Flying powerup
Conclusion, Shuriken Flower wins
