I would like to know what

DedSrv_DaysUntilReset=1
DedSrv_ResetWarningsInMinutes=60
+DedSrv_ResetWarningsInMinutes=30
+DedSrv_ResetWarningsInMinutes=5
+DedSrv_ResetWarningsInMinutes=1

does exactly. What does it reset? The world? Like every day? Including homes and stuff?
And the reset warning will like start 1 hour before the reset and then repeat half an hour later, plus 5 minutes and 1 minute before reset time, did i get that right?

The reset reloads the world, but without destroying any progress. Reloading the world is necessary to prevent floating point issues after running for more than ~1.5 real-life days. I don't recommend increasing this number without expecting very odd issues (teleporting, stuttering, sync issues, etc)

All homes progress (ferry, unlocking certain zones like windless woods) won't be lost. It's essentially a refresh, but players will get kicked from the server when it does this (or they may reload with the server, I forget)

Yup, that's correct! it's just to let the players know that the server is going to go through this automated maintenance so don't start a boss run 5 minutes before it's going to happen

Is there a way to reset homes? Like from players that are not active anymore, so that new players will be able to use the plot (i did not really play too much yet, so i may get something wrong here)

Yes, the admin of the server (I don't think mods can) can evict people from lots. everything in the plot will get destroyed; there currently is no way to transfer the lot to another player. The admin for dedicated servers is set using that Steam Owner ID variable

#

you do this by going up to the lot sign and the admin will have an interface for eviction

It would be nice to have some kind of info then, like when the player that owns the plot has been active the last time. Or when the plot/ home did get used the last time. Otherwise it may be hard to determine, if a home has been abandoned or not.
