Their louder/noisier songs always took me some time to like. Sometimes it takes a couple of listens before I start jamming to it (My Pace) or a phenomenal performance (District 9 @ MAMA Japan) or I would be sleeping on those songs until I finally give them a try (Grr and Awaken)

Let me start by saying I’ve been a casual Kpop listener for a few years. I was introduced to Hyuna and CL (thank you Psy) and dove down that rabbit hole pretty hard. In addition to 4minute and 2ne1, I discovered some others such as Big Bang, Exo, and super junior. The Hi-Touch tour in Korea, the title track review teaser that was dropped today, the online unveil, and the track reveal schedule (not sure what exactly it is but the different days from March 18-25). On top of it all, the comeback is being held on the debut anniversary, which is rare.

I think it's a given that 3RACHA will come through with those hard hitting rap verses. Personally I want to see more high energy/intense music. Some of my faves are Voices and Grr and I definitely think their choreo is one of their strengths.

I also want to see the vocal line shine through. I always feel like they're a bit overshadowed by the rap line and they tend to stick with "safe" melodies? I know they've all got incredible voices and I wanna hear them.

How do they film the Stray Kids message board on Two Kids Room?

In skz's two kids room show they end every episode with the members writing on a clear (white?)board. I don't understand if they are writing backwards or some kind of editing is happening or maybe I'm just an idiot, but they seem to be able to write it out without much thought, and the text ends up being readable for the viewers. For example, when they write out "To:" it should show up as ":oT" for us, but it shows up as "To:" Does anyone know how they do it?

It's sold out on pretty much all major korean merch sites and I don't want to pay $50 from ebay for a $30 lightstick. I'm going to see stray kids in newark in a month and I think (?) the lightsticks will be sold at the venue but I feel like I should be prepared in case it is sold out.

Mixtape#4 opinions?

Now that skz have released the video for mixtape#4 I want to hear other opinions. Even though I enjoy ot9 version, I still prefer the 3racha version. I like the instrumental a lot more because it feels so dark and gloomy and I find that it fits the song better. I wish they did ot9 version and kept the original instrumental. Am I the only one?

  1. I thought Stray Kids was a PD101 type survival show :P That lead me to think that 3RACHA was a group that joined Stray Kids and made it on the final lineup lol. It took me a long time to realise that 3RACHA was a subunit.
  2. Seungmin was a part of the Aussie line. This was not completely my fault since I remember seeing Seungmin's name included in the Aussie line in that kpop profiles site and even saw gifs on tumblr with Chan, Felix and Seungmin together tagged under 'Aussie Line'.

Does anyone know why Chan and Seungmin didn't do the choreography with the rest of the group during the first part of the District 9 dance breaks? They stood in the back while everyone else did the floor work up front. I was at the first Newark concert, so I'm not sure if they continued not doing it during the other concerts. Hello fellow stays, I’m a total newbie on purchasing albums b/c I never done it before.
