Somehow, despite playing this game for just about 5 years now I still have yet to actually understand how this mechanic works. How the heck do you increase crew level effectively? Image is my current French lineup levels, I've been playing France constantly for the better part of a month now grinding yet none of them are even over level 10 yet. The 2 outliers are the premium crews that were leveled with GE. I feel like I've got to be doing something wrong, because this just seems like insanely low XP gains.

iirc research gained by crew is equal to crew xp

If that's the case it must be only a fraction of the RP or that 2nd crew would be over level 20 i think.

So i heard that u get 3 CP per 100RP in arcade games and only 1 CP per 100RP in Rb games, that may be the reason why your so low with your crew level
