Most nukes are government owned but they might sell you some, you might break some international laws though
Stated in us law section 2122 "It shall be unlawful, except as provided in section 2121 of this title, for any person, inside or outside of the United States, to knowingly participate in the development of, manufacture, produce, transfer, acquire, receive, possess, import, export, or use, or possess and threaten to use, any atomic weapon.'
BUT, if you really need one, just get some kills and caps enough for 2500 spawn points in a 6.7 plus game to get a nuke,

There is one way of using PE-8 or Lancaster for continuous bombing runs average of ~3-4 kills per run and eventually you will get a nuke

Tip for when you're like 200 ish spawn points off is spawn an spaa. They are super cheap and killing a couple of planes/light tanks or whatever should get you the last bit. Also you get sp from dying it's like 50 ish I think so sometimes that can push you over.

SP is normally given out in everything you do.
if you do nothing you get nothing.
Cap points give quite a bit of SP while killing a play at the same br or higher will give you quite the sum of SP, i've found that players at your br or higher tend to give around 200 sp per kill and 50 - 100 sp per kill assist.
tanks that are an entire br below or lower tend to give 100 SP or so.
Taking damage/dying. getting a bounce off your tank normally gives you 5 - 10 sp while receiving damage that you have to repair for is a bit more but unconfirmed exact numbers.
you own death give you some SP roughly around 30 - 100 depending on how long you live for and if you've been active in the game the entire time or not. (J'ing out will give you nothing.)
achievements like capture streak or kill streaks or assist streak tend to help some as well, not sure how much those give if any at but they're nice to see.
