I am looking for ground battles. and yes, im going for high tier premiums such as leopard 2, t72 turms, cv90, etc
italy and france seem hot for me, im debating if i should do one of those.

If you haven't made it to top tier with another nation I'd advise against Italy or France both are good and have some good lineups but they can be more difficult to use than some others. USSR is a good call for grinding with high tier prems as they have a few that fit together and are all around decent.

Don't get the mi28a it's pointless at 10.7 because you have nothing else at 10.7
Plus if you want to grind the heli's you can use tanks now

so ill go for the mi28a, im sure cv90 will compete at 10.7

You're still shooting dm33 from a 105 it will struggle at 10.7

this is my lineup. so far i researched 9.3 usa in about a month and a half. I researched 11.0 USA, and i need to unlock the f8e before i can start researching my first 12.0; the f16.
this is a outdated by like a week, the imp chaparral is next to the f4c but thats beside the point
i only have 10k rp researched into the ah6m littlebird. do i just continue doing USA and save my 60 bucks and spend it on something else? something irl etc

Depends if you're close to getting the tanks done too maybe just play that. The christmas sale isn't too far away maybe pick something up for another country then if you still want to.
If your goal is top tier it might be a good idea to get that first and see if you enjoy it and experience which nations do what when playing against them.
