Neither are good for grinding SL
Since they are a large cruiser but more a BC and BB they can't deal enough DMG most games to be worth grinding SL now something that I use the USS Atlanta that is great for SL

Ainz is spot on, they are not SL gaining ships compared to the 5 BR range. Scharn is currently the best ship in the game imo, Alaska is tied for second or firmly third.
