The only thing i ve seen these trucks do is climb a hill next to spawn and shoot all the rockets in general direction of enemy spawn im pretty sure nobody knows how to play that

I have seen one guy on Volokamsk play it really well.

On 6.3, he went between C and B and used the hills to get depression

He killed a King Tiger and at least 1 more

Just find spots with a decline or sit back, range and shoot over cover

Honestly I can see it very ineffective around 6.3, but effective at 8.7 ish because ofthe lightspam.
