F-5C is worth it if you have a bit of experience or have the motivation to learn how to fly it properly, if you know what you are doing in it you can do extremely well. It so super easy to fly if you fly it correctly.

The A-10 is probably a better grinder for brain off grinding, you just lob 9Ls at people and funny gun them. But the F-5C has more potential to get your more RP per match and more engaging to fly imo.
