The menus, shadows, graphics, basicly everything is a shade darker than normal. Seems to happen randomly and resolve randomly, very annoying
makes the visibility in game absolute trash.
As you can see in the ss, the shadows are almost black and the menus look darker than they should.
How do I fix this?

I had a similar problem. It can depend on your pc graphics setting.

Do you use hdr, that was what was doing it to me I had the monitor using that but not the game

The game is lighter and darker depending on the weather of the map (Sun hiding). This is true for the hanger as well. Also gaijin likes this brownish yellow tone to all the color that makes enemy tanks blend in too much. I use the Sharpen (to make game less blurry) and Color (to add more blue color range) effects in GeForce experience overlay.

ahh so the game does it, that makes more sense.

I can send you the exact settings if you want. u can launch game using Geforce Experience - open the filter overlay by pressing Alt + F3. (don't use the "Optimize" settings in Geforce exp for war thunder they suck)

I hate how the game “should look like” i can never see enemy tanks. I did put a blue color filter on it just my preference. To me the normal game color looks like i have yellow tint sunglasses on. Hopefully I’m not going color blind or something

it could be your monitor
if it looks normal when you look outside then yellow ingame then it might be your monitor

yea I changed some settings on my monitor and it's a bit better
shadows are way too dark on some maps still
and night maps are not only annoying to play but look bad aswel
you can't tell me this looks good

flares make night vision pointless, and flares are just not bright enough to be able to see comfortably with normal settings
