As for gameplay, you gotta sideclimb a bit cause if you climb straight in, 109s will just blow you up. After getting above everyone, you should dive after the highest enemy and after making a pass, extend and climb back, and if he's still alive, repeat the process
You want to play energy in that thing, because your maneuverability isnt very good
