What is the best German plane for Air Sim up to the 262s? And what is the best way to use it?

I like to fly the Fw-190 A-5 because it climbs well, there is good visibility from its cockpit and in sim, it doesn't suffer that much with more nimble planes. You simply can run away if you want to 🙂
