So the problem is that, when i play with WiFi on, the tdm match does not start, however on Mobile Data it starts easily. In KR version the tdm starts easily with wifi (my wifi is 100mbps) i have done everything including reinstalling, repairing from logout, contact customer service, report ingame. Still no fix. Hi, I have a suggestion for the Pan Ban review station:

We need more details in the review station to help in judgements. I have seen too many players who I think they were good players, they dodge bullets, have an accurate aim and revive teammates and sometimes we cannot tell if they are actually cheating. Gaining information from a teammate about an enemy’s location and gaining information through a cheating method is a very different thing but a thin line and sometimes we misjudge because of that. Sometimes I give “no violation found” but I see my judgement accuracy rate being decreased and I think most people who participate in the review station tend to give a “violation found” option which I think it is unfair for people who don’t cheat. No wonder seeing a lot of people complaining about getting a ban for no reason. I don’t know how that works, but I wish that we being able to access more information like players stats and kd and also the duration of some videos. Some videos are 1 minute long and includes only one fight (bots sometimes) which is not enough to give a judgement for 10 years ban.

hey I have an idea about a weapon,

I think the VSS should be changed to an as Val

the looks remain the same (except scope and stock)

u could make the stock equipable so if u pick up tactical stock it'll change to the one the VSS has now.

free choice of scopes (maybe an feature where the 4x changes to the now VSS scope)
but u should be able to equip red dot etc

I'm not sure maybe a grip attachment slot but I don't think it's that important

and of course no muzzle attachment bc it comes with an inbuild surpressor

maybe a Lil more damage to comprehend the low muzzle velocity

and buff the extended mag size to 27

Would it be possible to make more penalties based on each merit level? like rn I think merit of 50 or under cannot play random matches. But maybe we can add on some more stuff so that people who consistently (maybe 5 or 6+ times?) get their merit under 50 we can ban them for being a toxic user. To be a little more specific, maybe getting their merit under 50 three times can result in a 2-3 day ban, and getting their merit under 50 more than 6 times can result in a 1 or 10year ban. Just an idea, and also make that merit reduction system activate for Arcade/EvoGround modes. (Not only classic modes) Just an opinion but maybe you can have a check with it? It could be changed, but I would like a higher penalty tolerance to go with the idea of Teamkilling.

Africans don’t have their own server, that’s alright it’s your choice. But the most funny part is that you mach Europeans with 20ms against African players with 200ms. Don’t give us the African servers, just match us with other African players. That way it would be fair. Oh and btw nice work on decreasing the hackers. Ngl I am facing no hackers these days. ¶ I am unable to slide scope while firing and holding the scope button at the same time. The scope mode for hold and mixed works fine before the new update 1.0, please fix this issue too in the upcoming update as this issue impacted my gameplay badly.
¶ Furthermore, you can probably add "auto-download outfit" settings in the next update to dissipate lags. It is indispensable for this settings to exist on low-end devices as outfits are probably responsible for consuming storage and reducing the memory of the device.
¶ On the other hand, we would also like to see players that got banned as they got reported frequently by other players with the reason of "cheating" to be investigated by the anti-cheating team.
¶ Behalf of other players, we would like to see the next update would be better than ever before. Thank you for your attention.

However, I will ask the security team on Monday to take a look at these accounts. Gun sounds are bugged now.
From the spectator system you can’t hear anything (Gun sounds, footsteps, grenades)
In a normal match a MK14 sounds like only a single shot had been fired when they are actuallly using full-auto.
The AK47 is also bugged sometime matches and always in cheerpark; it sounds like a single fire gun instead of a full-auto.
Please fix this to improve our experience in the game

Okay, So let's get some things clear first TENCENT!
If you can't make your emulator faster and lightweight then stop banning other emulators like PhoenixOS , Nox & LDPlayer.
Like if low-end PC can't run Gameloop then they look for an alternative and the best alternative is PhoenixOS it's lightweight and runs PUBG way better then Gameloop. 
We did nothing wrong we are playing fairly we were just using another software because Gameloop isn't that lightweight and PUBGM lags a lot on it while the actual Hackers/Cheaters shows you MIDDLE FINGER and goes away and you are sitting there banning us.
If you can't agree to this then support PhoenixOS's developers. Make it PhoenixOS as your own system. As an alternative to Gameloop for low-end systems. Nothing can grow by force you are killing loyal players by banning them you might get some more downloads of Gameloop but you will lose a number players by doing this. Bravo Out!

Two birds with one stone, I caught two bugs in one day. The first one is clear, the invitation request isn’t counting down. The second bug is a little hard to notice, but look at my friends list. Sometimes it says 21/147 and when I do that as you will see in the video, it will say 23/149. Like dude wtf, until when this game is gonna continue having bugs? Tencent has tons of money and aren’t hiring better staff to handle this, pretty sure most of their staff didn’t even finish high school ROFL.

any idea when this stupid connection bug where my ping just randomly jumps to 400ms in EU is gunna be fixed, it's getting to a point where its unplayable. Hotfixing by turning airplane mode on and off doesnt always help. It happens in rooms and in games, sometimes in the beginning of the game sometimes at the end. There no logic coming from this.

In europe server (have not tried other servers) there is no spawn protection in tdm arena.
This leads into either team taking over the spawn and easily winning the game.

There is the Spawn protection text, but as soon as enemy bullet hits you it will do damage.

The next thing you need to give attention to is that sometimes damage doesn't register despite having a stable internet (both wifi/mobile data). It's been around since season 13. It sometimes takes more than the average bullet count to knock or kill someone.

Let me be real honest, this game is the best battle royale game I’ve ever played. And maybe the worst at the same time. What the developers are doing: improving already good features and making them even better (and ending up making things worse). What they should do: fixing the things this game lacks at. It’s the worst game I’ve played ever if you’re talking about just games. Look at #news. It’s filled with garbage promotions of outfits literally nobody wants or likes and I doubt if even 10% people in this discord server buy those outfits.

Coming to the ”The team is working hard, they’re cracking down on cheaters blah blah” part, maybe they are. But I don’t genuinely see how. I don’t get how these guys are banning millions of accounts every week AND YET hackers still exist. Simply; how? Either the numbers being presented to everyone are fake, or they’re basically banning bot accounts. What is the point of banning accounts when you literally tell them to “create a new account if you find your suspension exceptionally long”? What’s the point of suspending accounts when you can make a new one? Nothing. The team doesn’t care. All they want is money.

It isn’t even about the hackers, this game even sucks at different points. Yeah maybe your ||account-suspension|| security team isn’t working, what about the developers? You guys claim to be “the best battle royale game” in the business and yet lack good features. This game is filled with bugs and glitches AND glitches AND glitches. Do not even keep hackers in mind here. Simply introducing garbage outfits and royal passes every update isn’t going to fix anything. Work on your game—it’s going to die one day anyways.

I have just now played 3 games, 2 of which were wins. My friend and I are pushing together and 2 of the matches which were wins, were not counted. I am tired of this inaccuracy of end of events I can’t decide how to go about it because pubg can’t accurately state when the event will end.
Take the oil lamp event for example, that and the moonlight mansion mysterious memoirs were set to end on the 9th of November yet the oil lamp event ended while the mysterious memoirs is still running so is the 9th day the last day of the event or it will end when it hits the 9th with the daily reset? The real problem about server lock is not our friends and how we will play together. Now the normal player will stuck the whole season In one server, We used to play In a server for pushing rank and chose another server for hotdrop and having good times without lose points fear, Also the server lock is not good idea if it will be implemented for all Modes. Please make it for Classic mode only or give us an option to choose 2 main servers not only one.

New update is really bad please don’t add a region lock. This should be available to Arabic flag players only as they’re the ones who tend to be hacking in other servers. Please lock their regions but don’t lock ours. Or anyone who has over a 40% headshot ratio should be server locked, or typically anyone with a high kill and death ratio should get this feature. Don’t lock everyone’s server that is annoying. Or for example; lock anyone from a server if they have over 300ms in that server. So, I’d be able to play every server except the ones where I get over 300ms.

I think a private server function would be nice so you can play only with people in your friends list and then you have to invite them and maybe a huge voice chat more than 4 people in 1 team kind of thing. Also the host can choose what the match settings will be kind of like an advanced custom room but simplified. I think it would be really fun :)

@quiet falcon I believe that is @woeful yarrow 's issue, they have not been converted. That part is done automatically when opening crates and if Denyl has 2 items in his inventory then it is not working properly for them and is a bug of some sort.

Please fix Friends List glitch. It automatically goes up after scrolling down. PS~ the exit button for vehicle is also not movable please fix that too.

Please make it possible to remove the blue zone update text, I don't need to know every minute how far away the blue zone is.. I already know, no need for constant reminders that take up a large portion of my upper screen, its distracting to my gameplay.

Also, cant move the exit button when in a car, its not where I'm used to and its screwing me and my teammates over by involuntarily exiting a moving vehicle or not being able to get out of it fast enough.

And please remove recent and clan members from my friendlist, there's already separe tags for those. Fix the friendlist so we can scroll through it instead without it being updated as soon as someone comes online, leave a match or just exists.

@egKhaled same problem. Fix the resoultion of clothes and broken icons. The game clothes and icons look like super mario now even when the graphics option are max and emulator options are max. All this happened after update 1.1

  1. exit button cant be changed and now its in the same place as my scope, now i either have to not scope in car or change the location of my scope.

  2. the looks cheap now after they made it 70% percent smaller space. the gun was nice when it was 3d and the tier in the lobby also looked nice but when u changed the tier with a cheap 3d model and the gun with a cheap 2d sticker it looks bad even after downloading HD resource pack.

  3. the steps and fire icons on the map looks way more cheap also

  4. the game crash and freeze for me when it never did before with the poco x3

In the new Metro I bought a M762 of 75K but when I tried to equip it said “Request Timed Out” and it made me restart.
When I was back my money was lost and the things I bough M762 and attachments weren’t in my inventory or backpack.

not really sure what was going on here.. i tried to put scope 4x on my m416 but it didn’t work and only kept the red dot on it and my vector kept the 4x :/ i had to drop both of the scopes and pick them back up for it to go on my m4. not sure if its only the 4x thats glitched, but later i found 6x in the same match and it worked perfectly fine.

When i open the inventory in the lobby my game suddenly start lagging and fps drops. Moreover the lobby is so messed up, some places are pixelated, there is multiple frame drops and events posters aren't showing. And please remove the recent and clan members from the friend list. Who comes with these stupid ideas? No one asked for this! We only asked to fix the friend list when scrolling down..

Omg, I'm so done with PUBG. This is officially too far. After this update, I lost all the UC I already had in my account, I Just Noticed.
