Why did devs think offering that kill message grenade for basically nothing was a good idea. Like why tf. I spent a ton of money on the enchanted pumpkin scar spin a year or 2 ago to get that grenade. Now basically anyone can get it almost for free. Y'all always bring hard to get items back simply to make more money. That makes it no longer special or unique if you already own them. That's why I'm not spending any more on this game. First of all thank you for hearing us and bringing back our favorite mode! 😍
I think there’s a glitch with the bouncy pumpkins they don’t bounce as before they were easier and bouncier before..
also suggestion to make the mode darker or a little scarier, maybe add a like button at the end results page? And since it’s only a seasonal temporary mode please do not make it weekend only, we’ve waited for so long so that would be disappointing.

This achievement is impossible to get. As there is 3 matches and u have to get chosen randomly to become zombie. I would need to be zombie 3 times and have big luck to infect 5 people each round. Not physically possible unless everyone gives u the kills free.

i got a ten year ban. the only thing i can think that caused it was a very odd one time only issue where my client dis/connected very fast multiple times (after i was dead).
how do i get my account restored? i had no control over it and i have very very good internet service and an iPhone XS.
(the beta mods told me to report it here. yes. i’m even a beta tester. not a hacker. a perfect PUBG citizen. )

Please note as of today, the phased out Pistol Silencer attachment (specifically Pistol Silencer, not SMG Silencer. Pistol Silencers were removed in an update ages ago) have started to randomly spawn in matches again.

This was noticed on Middle East server, North America server, and Asia server. On the Erangel map. Pistol Silencers have no use, and can’t even be equipped on Pistols anyways.

I’m guessing someone in the developers department accidentally switched the spawns on for this attachment server-side?

The problem seems to be resolved now - but nothing changed - interesting

Have been crashing upon getting to the main menu screen (after loading).
Has started happening today or maybe yesterday; no update was issues to the game or my system.
I am using a Huawei P30 Lite (MAR-LX1A) with Android 10.
Ive tried reinstalling the game, restarting my phone, and trying to launch over and over again (always with the same exact result)
I used the adb logcat tool to create a log dump, you can find it at https://hastebin.com/efanitotof.yaml (There are a few instances of the crach in there)
My id is unobtainable, as the game crashes the instant its loaded (I can barely open the repair menu before it crashes)
From my limited knowledge of the android OS, it seems that the game is writing to memory which it doesnt have access to [signal 11] so Im guessing its trying to write to itself for some reason, and thats making it crash; the *:E flag also showed up with come GCloud alerts, so that may have something to do with it too.

Most players when they enter infection mode game to see it’s already round two we exit again like 10 times until it’s a new game, so how about change this and let us start the game from the beginning, that’s only fair, the game is already short and it’s hard to complete missions when we have only two rounds. Also the game spawns zombies in the zone they die before it even loads 🙄

Plz add in-game fpp switch in infection mode. Many people stack up at a single place and view is completely blocked by them... Having the option to switch to fpp mid game solves this problem. Also I recommend to add a second variety of the zombie king which would have the power to strike earthquakes that can lead to unstablise platforms so that people who are stacking have a good chance to fall down... This seems like a good idea to nerf hotspots like platform C. So by this the zombie king will be of 2 types ( player chooses which one he wants to be like he chooses between the regular zombie and the invisible zomebie) the regular zombie king which has damage reduction and more damage dealer.. And the second one (zombie empress lol) which can create earthquakes but does and receive normal damage

Who here thinks if there was a problem with the crates passes lucky spins etc. . They would have it fixed in no time what so ever. But here we are following there protocol or format and leaving info with screen shots and not one response has been given to said problem let alone attempting to fix said problem. Go to one support (email) they pass u to the other support (IG) an immediately close the ticket u requested. I understand things are as easy as snapping a finger and problem fixed. Check for Infection Mode Achievements, killing 15/30 zombies and players in 1 game is impossible, the only way is if you ask your friends to join with u and they let you kill u, this is teaming and is not allowed. This mode is just shit, achievement is impossible to achieve, or if its possible that it will take ages to success and in the end u get plat create fragments? 😄 the one u can buy for silver. hmm after playing infection mode for the first time not as good as i thought somethings are poorly optimised and players quite sluggish in movement
while spectating a zombie the player model(zombie) shakes a lot (may be low end device) which gave an headache
there are some spots in the map where nearly all camp and is sometimes unreachable since zombies move very slowly when hit

so im expecting you guys to add survive till dawn and darkest night etc

What this game is so BIASED for different versions. Let all the rewards be same. Especially the Korean version is with more rewards. Hi . I want to report this bug, I don’t know if it’s classified as a bug or a cheating method but I will explain it hopefully you can fix it for the next version and next season of PUBGM.
Some player are trying to get the top 100 of squad/duo wins by this method and its really annoying for those who play the whole match to get the win, (take the top 100 of Iraq region for example ) these player playing for example KRJP server squad FPP on a very low tier rank ( bronze ) and entering a match and suicide in the beginning of the match by drowning them selves and leaving that match and immediately entering a new match and repeating this whole of the day and whole of the season and getting easy squad/duo wins by their random teammates ( because of low tier ranking the match is only one squad and 96 BOTS ) this must be fixed for the next season by adding suicide daily limit and even punishing players if they suicided too many times in a row because its ruining the game environment for those players who complete the whole match to get the win. Most of these 'bugs' and 'glitches' are just problems with the wifi/connection/server... Maybe get better internet instead of complaining...?? I've been playing since season 4 and had almost none of these glitches/bugs with good wifi connections. There were always bugs when there was a weak connection.

Guyssss, i found 2 glitches and bugs. First glitch is uzi that have just spawned stuck below dead car. Shotguns in TDM are obsolete because of the hp increase to 120 damage. You must increase damage for shotguns in tdm. 1 well placed pointblank shot can mostly only do 115-119 damage and even sometimes does 120 damage without killing the opponent. So what's the use? The rate of fire for the s1897 and s686 cant possibly compete with any other AR if the damage is not increased for TDM. It's been like this for how long?

Hello . Hi, there is a bug while spraying with index finger, sometimes it fires one bullet than stops. Like if I have 40 bullets in magazine It'll be 39 and stop auto firing even though I'm holding my fire button and gun isn't in single mode. Died many times because of this. why is it that the M1014 is automatic and can kill with one shot but the shotguns like the s1897 and s686 that take considerably more skill to use cant? You set TDM hp at 120 which only works for ARs, but at 120 a well placed shotgun blast cant kill. Either speed up the reload time for s686 and s1897 or increase the damage! The reload time for s686 in game for peace Chinese version is 1.5 seconds with bullet loops. In Pubg mobile its 2 seconds. WTF is wrong with you people?

I have a suggestion to add to the game. My suggestion is to put the The character rename cards in the clan shop so that the members can rename their character if they want, but make it so that the player can only buy one every 7days and have the name card expire after 3 days if not used.

According to how the rules are currently I think it’s too easy to reach Conqueror, noobs can play and camp in abandoned servers and reach the tire easily with very bad statistics, it gives us a bad name. 🙄
Maybe in those servers make a rule that you have to reach like 5 stars to get the title, or make it only for top 200 when the server has less players than the rest. Just a suggestion and I know I’m speaking for the majority because many players complain about these low standards, which defeats the purpose of the title!

Can pubg mobile security/development team design a system where players can deactivate their account with one-time-code given to them linked to their id, to prevent as much loses as possible when account gets hacked?

This maybe very helpful and hard to hack/fake, hence to do the deactivation process only owner of account may have the one-time-code, and it should be set only once by the owner of pubg mobile account. I hope you understand what i am trying yo say. Thank you ahead.

Edit: btw same method can be used to link/unlike social media accounts to pubg mobile account. This is really helpful and will lower the pressure on support side significantly.

I come here to report some issue I'm having with the game graphics since yesterday (22nd October) after downloading updates right when I log in to the game.

Whenever a teammate or I mark a location, the marker follows my camera or gyroscope movement. I also noticed that the image quality of the marker is not clear as the rest.

Another graphic issue I notice is in the tier badge. The day before the update everything was normal but now I see it kind of blurry, definitely not the same.

Still about graphics issues, I see the items/loot in my backpack have blurry/distorted aspect as well.

Please, I ask for an answer and solution to this issue.

(Notice that about image quality it might not be as clear as the original size of the picture since Discord won't let you zoom in it too much)

I keep thinking, during the game we focus on the game. But there is a catch, we have weekly be missions to complete and it is very annoying sometimes having to keep remembering which weapon I need to use, how many Grenades I need to get, which weapon extension I need, which Emote to use and where to use ... The missions are not so simple to remember. For that, the suggestion is to have a tab within the game with the missions to be completed (As there was last season when we had totems to get new weapons and utensils). Another issue is that the missions have followed the same for 3 seasons, with little change in which week will come. I appreciate the attention. Thank you.

Hi guys i have a problem where i cant play on 90 fps. The option is set to 90 fps in thr emulator and the frame rate in game is set to extreme in both (lobby and game) options. I restarted the emulator and also reinstalled and did everything but still the same. I'm weirdly died for some unknown reason (Erangel Halloween mode or something like that), not even knocked, just instant die. Framerate dips randomly for a minute, than back to normal. Changing smooth to HD graphics (and vice versa) doesn't change performance. Game randomly freezes, most often when joining TDM matches.
