Move-able UI when editing in game controls like COD‚

Its really annoying when you can't edit your controls in the top kiddle ( where the UI is located ). I have to reset my controls everytime inorder to replace it since i cant click it

Any one facing issue in FPP solo for ping? Im getting 100 to 120 ping in lobby and in plane or if i jump in start but the ping goes to 968 after crossing halft of the plan path and kepps happening every game.

Just wanted to say that the distribution of 3rd party software to gain advantage has increased.
Recently I passed by an ordinary internet Cafe seeing people play pubgm on emulators with Wallhack and aimbot cheats.
As a mobile player I confirm it's the same problem.
An urgent notification towards the higher ups is requested.
Playing versus cheaters in each 2-3 matches has gotten horrible, whether it's a Server crashing hack (legitimate video is available if required) or blatant aimbotting or Wallhacking.
Daily in game reports started to feel like they're ignored. Posting proof in the website is a hassle.

So my first video shows the first encounter( I wouldn’t call it a bug not sure) with an issue. It kept loading my screen forever waiting to get in the game until it kicked me out. I thought it was my wifi but my doubt were cleared as I would say in the second 9 seconds video. Those other 3 people I was with were my friends. They had the SAME exact issue I did the same time, screen won’t stop loading and we could still vc and hear each other. My friends are like “what is going on?!” I replied “are you all having this too?!” They said yes... we all did have it. No idea wtf is that but it’s an issue apparently. Our network connection has nothing to do with it. Plz fix this.

Better to report using the in game report function. I can confirm that he will got banned sooner or later. Thanks to Pubgm that they are very aggressive now in banning the hackers. All the hackers videos I have reviewed till now got banned and most of them were last season RP100 player and got M4 glacier upgraded to max. This confirms that Pubgm will ban all the hackers even they have spend a lot of money in their accounts. Thanks to Pubgm great work

Whenever I play and turn my mic on, pretty much I can hear my friends talking except that I can NOT the game clearly.. the shooting, footsteps are very low to hear unless I turn my mic off.. it is really annoying.

Plus, i have couple of people with the same issue that I’m having right now. However, I have tried to reset my iPhone 7 Plus, I have repaired PUBGM, I have checked my In-game audio settings, some people told me to add specific codes of “DNS” on my WiFi and done that but DID NOT WORK.

I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM! Ever since the new erangel came out, suddenly I have mic issues.

@clear crystal Every time you said we will fight and get rid of cheater the more of hackers appear!! Now ddos attack become more common in this season! When will you realise that you have a very weak security team !! I suggested to you before that if you cant make a strong anti-cheating system to stop hackers then, make those conditions that will help to reduce their effect:
1- Match players based on their levels and ranks.
2- Minimum required level to enter TOP 100 should be 60.
3- Players with level more than 60 can't play with account less than level 50 if his rank Diamond V or above.
4- Minimum account level to participate in Crew Challenge should be 60.
5- No one should get conqueror title until his account rechecked specially the games with high kills even if takes one day to do it.

@clear crystal if you cant make a strong anti-cheating system to stop cheaters then, implement those conditions that will help to reduce their effect:
1- Match players based on their levels.
2- Players above level 60 can't play with accounts less than level 50 on servers where their rank is above Diamond V.
3- Minimum required level to enter TOP 100 should be 60.
4- Nobody should get conqueror title until his account rechecked specially the games with high kills even if takes one day to do it.

Hopefully you will take it in your consideration.

I must say that: From September 18 to September 24, 2 376 017 cheaters were permanently suspended from accessing our game. Is complete BS!
There’s still hackers every game and I bet you don’t even ban devices cause we’re still getting hackers every game they’re all arab hackers taking over other servers and these arab players should get region locked until your stupid developers can sort out the hackers. What’s this video reviewer thing? Something to implement cause your developers can’t do their jobs? So you gotta drag the community to do it? What’s funny is hackers spend loads of UC on the game and have skins like M4 or AKM kill messages. I love how it’s impossible to play solos and duos now. Squad is only possible but with loads of location hackers and aim assist. Yes, there are hackers in every game. Even sometimes joining random teammates also hackers. They are from every country not only from Arab. Maybe on middle east server you find arabs but on Asia is mostly from India, Nepal and Bangladesh. 90% in Squad top 100 are hackers. They are very smart they camp and take fight only when 15-20 enemies left to maintain 3-5 KD. I have even reported with video proof months before but till date all of the hackers are still playing.

Why is it that after getting 8 kills with an experimental vector not a single one of those counted towards the RP mission for killing with SMG in livik in classic mode? (No, I didn’t kill 1 with another weapon. And besides that 7 kills was from previous matches) it should be 15/20 kills with SMG but it’s still 7/20

Theres some sort of bug at one of the entrances of shelter. There is a small hole by the entrance on the rocks and once you fall in, you cannot come out. It is a small enclosed space with absolutely no way of getting out. This has happened to me twice already. Please fix this.

I play on mobile iPhone X- Wifi- country usa- I have matchmaking issues in duo mode. NA server. since 4 days ago i cant get in any match in any map or mode, even arcade or arena the waiting time is above 5 but it takes to 15 mins to get into game even with all map selected. sometimes it doesn’t enter any match at all.
It’s not about that nobody’s playing in that map, because I never had this issue, until 4 days ago. usually any match in any mode starts less than a minute. i saw a lot of ppl complaining about it on here,Reddit and Twitter. So it’s a problem that need to be fixed asap.

Please Fix My Ping Issue. Before August My Ping Was Around 44 Ms In Middle East Server And On Asia Server My Ping Was Around 60 MS. After August My Ping Was Around 200-300 MS On Middle East And On Asia My Ping Was 400-500 MS But When Ever I Use SIM Data Package My Ping Is Around 36 MS And On Asia My Ping Is Around 70-80 MS But The Data Packages Is So Expensive Here, So It's Hard To Always Play On SIM Data Packages. The I Talk To Your Assistant He Said Try To Change DNS But That Didn't Work Then I Again Contacted Him He Say Try To Uninstall The Game And Reinstall It. ASIA server. since 6days ago i cant get in any match in any map or mode, even arcade or arena the waiting time is above 5 but it takes to 15 mins to get into game even with all map selected. sometimes it doesn’t enter any match at all.
It’s not about that nobody’s playing in that map, because I never had this issue, until 6 days ago. usually any match in any mode starts less than a minute. i saw a lot of players complaining about it on here,Reddit and Twitter. So it’s a problem that need to be fixed asap.

You devs should definitely give extreme (60 fps) for more phones. Samsung f41 has extreme graphics while the good phones like poco x2 (730G) Poco x3 (732G) only supports ultra. Please make sure to give 60 fps for more phones. Exynos 9611 is equal to Snapdragon 712 still extreme.

Imagine how many players gets motivated to use cheats, just because of the leaderboards. All they see on the leaderboards are cheaters with 60% headshot with good skins and a decent level that are not banned. So they think "if he's not banned, have good skins and is on a decent level, I should buy hacks and cheat all the way up to conqueror like these guys"
I'm not saying tencent isn't trying anything. I know no one hates cheaters like tencent, but still leaderboards need to be checked and those accounts which are on leaderboards should be investigated.
Banning cheaters starts from the leaderboards. Everyone know most(not all) leaderboard players are cheaters. Having a cheater stay on the leaderboards will just make the cheating loop worse. People will start using cheats just by thinking they won't get to conqueror unless they hack.
If tencent needs help in any way to eliminate cheaters, we all are ready to help and eliminate cheaters once and for all. Banning 2Million unknown players a week won't bring any change. But if you start investigating and banning top 100 leaderboards, you'll definitely see changes and people will be scared to use cheats.
Much love and respect to the devs, community team and everyone esle that are trying their best❤ but this cheater pandemic has to end as soon as possible.

HELP FiX THIS Match making Error

the south african Dropdown server contained within Europe Server has been down for 3 weeks now ( almost a month) I use to get matched with Southern african players e.g South africa ,Botswana ,Namibia ,Madagascar ,Tanzania zambia Zumbabwe etc at 20ms matching for not more than 15 seconds but if its more than 15 second i would automatically be matched to an european Lobby it has been active since November 2019

Its not an internet or device issue my friends from other southern african Countries also face the same Problem

The vast majority of these crates I got with free scraps over the months. But some I did pay for. I swear if I had spent this much UC and got literally nothing then I would never even play this game again. Nobody should EVER spend money to open classic or premium crates. It's a complete scam.

I'm near 1000th crate right now and they refused to set a limit for getting a mythic item. it won't hurt them if they set the limit at 300th crate which is equivalent to $400 and i think it's more than fair for them.

HELP FiX THIS I used to have 20-50ms in Europe server now its gone (if the South african server was taken down atleast inform us)

the south african Dropdown server contained within Europe Server has been down for 3 weeks now ( almost a month) I use to get matched with Southern african players e.g South africa ,Botswana ,Namibia ,Madagascar ,Tanzania zambia Zumbabwe etc at 20ms matching for not more than 15 seconds but if its more than 15 second i would automatically be matched to an european Lobby it has been active since November 2019

Its not an internet or device issue my friends from other southern african Countries also face the same Problem
@radiant dew forget about it.. You won't get an answer from here. They are choosing the ignore this question for the past week. I mean if they don't have nothing to hide, why not put a simple notice saying are we getting it or not. <@&639889499718942720> will never answer this.

Hello, i played squads on NA server, one of my teammates in the squad is playing in Asia server at the same time. So we are in NA server but he’s in Asia server at the same match, eventually, a guy killed us and when we spectated him it shows in the player information that he is playing in EU.. it’s not a bug because I checked my teammate results and it showed that he played the same game with us but in Asia server.. my question is did pubg merged the servers? In WAR Mode, we get different weapons everytime we die in AR and SMGs but not in Snipers, there should be multiple Snipers like M24,Win94 and give 6x with them not 4x. Shotgun and pistol should also be there in WAR Mode.

2nd- Spectator Mode bug is still not fixed, people spectating there friends are not able to hear or see what an actual person is seeing/hearing.

3- It's not easy to see the friend list,when I scroll down to search someone, it automatically scroll up and its so hard to find someone you're looking for like we were able to do before the new update.

3rd- Silver frags,stickers,Trails are useless in RP and crates, or at least give 200-300+ silver frags which is worth it,you people give 5 2 silver frags.

Hello , PUBG MOBILE  team , I am a PUBG MOBILE user and a Beta tester too.

I found out that there is a new bug , by which legit players are getting banned and I want you to look into the issue as I am one of the users who got banned for no reason , and I guarantee  you that nothing illegal or third party used in game or nothing else that can harm game is used.

There is a second bug that is in file claim , where one can not file a claim due to errors.

does anyone know when the advanced room will be fixed ? I tried to make room with only melee and disabled all other weapon but when I start the game non of what I set in the room setting is there !

I tried to do it more then once but same the advance room card setting need to be update and fix.

BTW this issue everyone have it we can't make custom room anymore ! we pay for custom room and buy it but we can't use it since the advance settings doesn't work !

So, for the S686, in PUBG mobile, the reload time is 2 seconds with bullet loops. In game for peace, Chinese version the reload time is 1.5 seconds. That's a HUGE difference. Also, with the 12 gauge box of ammo in the training ground, there are only 10 rounds in the box. How much time has to be wasted just to get 12 gauge ammo? In game for peace there are 30 rounds of 12 gauge per box. That's also a HUGE difference. PLEASE FIX THIS.
