M4 GRAFFITI SKIN i have had that damn skin in my inventory for so many seasons now I just never used it. I just logged on played one match in New era erangal and got a lucky crate drop that was trying to sell me that skin and I was like "wait I already have that"

Devs i have tested the game today and you guys have really fixed the lag for low end devices,
But i wanna mention one thing when i play the game in an overcast day(Erangle) there is literally no fps drop.
But when its sunny and lighting effect is much there are severe framedrops and shutter, hope you find and fix this bug A.S.A.P.

Even more glitches to add to the list. Firebutton glitch where it doesn't shoot and you have to continually tap over different areas of the button to get it to work. Also the scope button has been freezing where you can't get back to normal view for a few seconds.

About witness of truth achievement
As the confusing this achievement was without any proper guidelines
The achievement mission requirements were changed without any notification
Even though the achievement was still there for more than 2 month it can't be completed
Later the achivements mission was changed
As for some one who doesn't play erangel I didn't even got notification for event in game neither the any information about change in mission, the tower to see video where gone
And why do you want us to see same video 5 time's
As for the second part of achievement witness Ace version evolution
The next version update was advertised as new era instead of ace version
And the ace version evolution could only be done once that didn't even registered for me
And many people skip becz it look more like a advertisement Instead of achievement of achievement

Please stop confusing everyone related to achivements
-If it's a event related achievement give proper information when will event starts or ends
-dont change achievement requirement after like 2 month without any proper notification
-dont add achievements like so much in advance like 2 months that it can't be completed soon

1. Achievement glitch, some people don’t get the update thing and can’t complete their mission
2. Grey background on red dots and scopes, like wth? I can’t see enemies cause of this it’s covering my view
3. More lag and causes my iPad Pro 2020 to heat up on Smooth & Extreme graphics. Update is only good for people with £1000 phones
4. Stupid lobby, can’t find anything, harder to see popularity etc.
5. Desynchronisation, more hackers, why introduce a new erangel that’s just gonna encourage more hackers, like we don’t have enough hackers already. And so much for this watch videos and determine hackers thing, I wanted to become a video reviewer but every time I get ignored and it says “please wait”, very dumb.
6. WTH?? Everyone is global title now?
7. Where is the loot? These new buildings have no loot.
8. Really? Made the grass more complicated for snakes to hide in?

Hello.
I seem to be having an issue ingame with aim acceleration.
Aim acceleration is basically, the faster you swipe the screen in a match, the further the crosshair moves than when swiping slowly.
Some devices also have this problem.
I play FPS games regularly and almost all of them have an option to disable aim acceleration or don't even have aim acceleration, which significantly affects my aim in Pubgm.
I tried editing my sensitivity but aim acceleration is still there. Please fix, this is a great game but players are having issues with aim acceleration.

When you deal damage in 0 set screen phones it takes more than the real damage to get knock out.. if ur in car and try to damage others it doesn’t even give u hitmarker u just see blood spells out. Some times you shot single !! And the gun on auto. Please fix these things and we will be ok for normal screens. Give us attention @clear crystal

Regarding new update :

The new shape of the characters in the lobby differ from that in the actual game (check the photos)
The thickness of the sights are inconsistent. 2x has more think while holo and red are more bolt . I wish if they are all the same as 2x .

After update
1-Auto follow teammates to parachute is bugged it dosent automatically follow the teammates and its enabled in setting ..
2-spectator mode bugged when spec I cant see the enemys it take time to see them..
3-I cant put to ultraHD but before I can..and my friend use a lower spec phone then me but he can put ultraHD now before he couldnt.

Everything bad about this update in a nutshell:

1. Achievement glitch, some people don’t get the update thing and can’t complete their mission
2. Grey background on red dots and scopes, like wth? I can’t see enemies cause of this it’s covering my view
3. More lag and causes my iPad Pro 2020 to heat up on Smooth & Extreme graphics. Update is only good for people with £1000 phones
4. Stupid lobby, can’t find anything, harder to see popularity etc.
5. Desynchronisation, more hackers, why introduce a new erangel that’s just gonna encourage more hackers, like we don’t have enough hackers already. And so much for this watch videos and determine hackers thing, I wanted to become a video reviewer but every time I get ignored and it says “please wait”, very dumb.
6. WTH?? Everyone is global title now?
7. Where is the loot? These new buildings have no loot.
8. Really? Made the grass more complicated for snakes to hide in?

Erangel 2.0 isn't 2.0!

Missing Quarry water spots, missing small lake behind mansion, Yasna basement building isn't there or has no basement? Fences are not there? Some terrain isn't like PC version. Prison is missing fences and basketball courts. School missing dictator? And much more! This is Erangel 1.5 or Erangel Refresh not 2.0 per say

New update issues so far:

Game freezes when switching to balanced HD and ultraHD ( doesn't exist before)
No improvement in fps as we have been promised . Instead there is more frame drops.
Sights and scope glitches ( radical thickness is not the same, for example 2x and 3x have thibk radical , reddot and holo are bold). Plus the reddot is so hard to use because of the grey glass.
Characters faces glitches. ( Lobby ones don't match the ones in the actual gamer)
Loading screen takes a lot of time, more than before.
Graphics not rendering probably.
Loot is bad in Erangle.
Vehicles glitch (UAZ).
Footsteps sounds are bad too.
Desync is horrible after the update.
Sperarate lobby and matches graphic setting is missing which was mensioned in patch note before.

@clear crystal my ping issue still not fixed I fill survey 3 to 4 times after fix for one week but start again 140ms to 150ms last 2 months ago my ping never go up more than 80 same internet connection I also tried with 100 mbps connection but same ping 140ms

Shooting button doesnt register when i tap sometimes. i will be in a fight and it will start shooting and just cut off. i know i am not the only one experiencing this. please fix it. and please can we have more vehicle skins in upcoming passes. Bug report:

Seperate graphic settings for lobby and matches is missing which was mentioned in patch notes
Gyroscope for throwables also missing which was mentioned in patch notes
Still high latency on some networks . The guns continue to fire even after stoping it
Gyroscope bug which came after 22mb update in 0.19 version. The gyroscope(3rd person view) stops working after typing a message to teammates and keeps moving in the last moved direction until you stop it with thumb
Texture of some outfits and character not displayed properly . The texture looks like same as in pubg mobile lite as you can see in the image . Left one 1.0 , right one 0.19 version. Both images were on HD MOVIE graphics

If I could rate the update out of 10, I'd give it 10/10. I personally loved the new era and for the first time I felt safe and played without fear of cheaters. I haven't seen a cheater yet after playing few matches, I play EU server and you know how it is there.

What I'd like to say for the PubgM team is: Thank you for all your hard work. Keep updating your security system so that players can enjoy the game without having fear of cheaters and create a fair gaming environment.

It's been an year since this issue was put forward and no actions have yet been taken regarding this.

Most of the players use low end devices to play the game. As each update arrives, the game becomes more and more heavy and intensive to the phone. In my case, the game runs at 25 fps now after the v1.0 update whereas it used to run at 30 fps 6 months back.

Given the pathetic condition the players using such devices face, being a good and responsible developer, players should atleast be given the option to reduce the game resolution or turn off extra effects. But it turns out that even though after an year of complaining, the developer nonetheless cares about them.

The only way we can reduce our screen resolution is by using GFX tools and guess what? The developers ban players using GFX Tools to run the game at a lower resolution! Yet, they have no problem with hackers being in the game. Let the hackers enjoy and let the poor ones using mediocre phones get banned. This is the response that I feel that you should give to us.

Either allow us to reduce the game resolution or allow us to reduce it by using 3rd party applications.

This is happening in classics and customs as well, this started happening since last few days in previous update. please fix this, we don't need cringe features in cheer park, or whole new UI, all we need is smooth gameplay that you guys are unable to provide since starting of this game., This happened in customs room, that guy, poor guy got killed due to this issue.. ( 40 ms , 0% packet loss) advance custom room with 70 players only , only 3 squads were there, including ours. It shouldn't happen after This " new era " update.

I believe this option was made available so I can customize my sound when mic and speaker is in TEAM and make different customization if it’s in ALL. Now the bug is whatever I set/customize on TEAM automatically goes to ALL and if it’s ALL I make changes in then it reflects to TEAM. Unless I’m the one who gets the feature wrong but I believe it was separated.

Kindly use something supersell's game coc like anti-cheat system. It is possible to prevent cheaters in game. Coc, a famous game did it few years back and banned all those people who were using (that) third party app to launch coc.
Because i just see a video of a cheater in new erangle (of course in europe server) flying car + changing seat and killing people with open fire(new account 28+ kills). And sure that very soon they will available to many others.
Video review will help but it is a slow process and on the other hand PUBGM should do something to prevent cheaters to play/change with game's memory and also stuff take legal notice to ban all those sites selling it.

This new update is good and better than what it was before, I have seen no hackers, I haven’t been getting FPS or lag like I did during the last update, but the lobby is messy and hard to figure out. Please make a cleaner lobby.

Also to all the people saying they are lagging more every season it’s most likely have to due with your phone or device, androids tend to get slower during every update for some reason. I have not experienced any lag or FPS drop this update even while I’m charging. (iPhone XS).

Also I love how people here except a WHOLE revamp to be bug free, like “iM qUitTing PuBG bEcaUSE of ThiS bUg” like bro stfu, if you don’t like the game then don’t play it 😂😂

And the worst part is is thinking that pubg can prevent hackers they’re like “OMG PUBG DOESNT DELETE HACKS, UNINSTALLING” 🦍🦍🥴 like if there was an actual game that doesn’t have ANY hackers...

Hope you are doing great, advanced Rooms don't work in Erangel 2.0 😦 This is something really important for me and other Trovo streamers specially since we bought them. Today I noticed that changing the advanced settings do nothing in Erangel 2.0. I tested this in the Global Version and the Korean Version, same result. Same problem happens with VIkendi but I believe that's a problem that's been there for several months.
Any chance this could be fixed soon? If not can I get my UC back? 🙏 I don't think is fair if I pay for something I'm not getting the whole month and I still got 23 more days to go.

The game is taking a lot of time on the loading screen on my emulator, this isn't normal and just recently when I started a game, the game crashed and after that I couldn't enter the game throughout until I restarted my pc and that too took a lot of time. Didn't play Erangel for almost last 4 seasons in a row because of Cheaters/Teamers/Lack of loot. Erangel 2.0 came. Gave it a Try. Died to Teamers in the very first game. In next few games, couldn't find any loot even after looting over 8 Big houses. Not even level 1 Vest/Helmet . After just 1 day of playing Erangel 2.0, decided won't be playing this map again for at least 4 more seasons or at least until they increase the loot. Because we're supposed to fight since it's a BR not loot for 30 mins to find a decent weapon and Heals.

A lot of changes are neede.
● Give back the option where it shows the RED DOT on our Popularity, I can't see if someone had sent me a popularity until and unless I open it.
●Bring back the Friend's List option, its not at all efficient to scroll down from the right and see my friends or to remove them (which also doesn't work properly at all,when I scroll down,it automatically pulls it to the top).
●Spectating feature is glitched.
●Voice bug when we invite or join someone's lobby is still there (iOS user)
●The amount which you're charging to open all Slots of Cars and Weapons are so unfair.
●Remove Silver.
●Bring New Items in Supply Crate, its dead now.
●Remove silver or give satisfying silver in crates and spin, you give 2 silver for 10 uc Spin.
●On hit effect is still not there in the settings like the Chinese version.
●RP Rewards sucks and even the upcoming RP rewards.
●No new AR has been added to the Erangle, same old Guns, getting bored of it, many games are adding new guns or have different options but in pubg its way limited.
●Remove the daily limit of giving popularity and BP to someone, I dont understand the point of the limit.
We can only send it to some friends not all of our friends which is so dumb.
●Remove the new Battery or whatever it is from the map, it gives an irritating sound response when we pick up the diamond like items.
●Remove the Red team is winning lossing etc sound or give an option to lower the volume in TDM.
●New Vehicle is required in Erangle.
●Miramsr should have more tough vehicles because of the terrain and other difficulties.

I entered training ground from cheers park. Then, My mouse didnt entered the game and all exit buttons or othere stuff was disappeared. Exiting and entering again solved but it happens all the time at first.

I have couple of things to say here, lemme start with cheer park and training grounds it's cool to have direct access from cheer park into training grounds however what is not cool is the fact that players must go through 2 loading pages when they just wanna practice shooting (make a freaking button for training grounds) in training grounds there is lack of med kits which wasn't an issue before the update as we didn't have the opportunity to fight bots but before the next wave come in I would like to heal a little also please buggy that was standing next to the weapons is missing it takes longer to get to vs ai mode by walk than with a car (bring it back please)
I totally dislike new ui second page is kinda good but first and third is one big mess tweak it please

This is the most important thing for me

Gyroscope kinda sucks sensitivity is too low to keep conviently recoil down while firing so please increase max sensitivity and make 2 new options X gyro and Y gyro so players can tweak Y gyro for controlling recoil without messing with their X gyro that can be significantly lower

on iOS after an incoming call, sometimes the sounds of the game are not heard (except for voice chat)
the sound, when entering the match, it turns on and off a couple of times
in the fun park with the microphone on, the sound may disappear and turn on
a bug with a microphone in the lobby is not fixed, as is the loss of voice chat after a restart
After entering another person's profile, the first two seconds the interface is in Chinese
iOS, after minimizing the game for a long time (30 minutes or more) but without closing, starts freezing every 2-4 seconds for about 0.2 seconds (most noticeable when you drive a car)
sometimes the green background in the calimator does not appear immediately, but 0.5 seconds after opening
bots appear that shoot without reloading (they clip 100+ bullets from a AK), but I've only seen this once
Sometimes you can't jump out of the plane and everyone just falls into the water
You cannot delete friends (only through group deletion)
when someone joins the lobby sometimes they do not show items of clothing (only noticed with pants from the "deer hunter" set)
it became noticeably more often not to register hits
in the Middle East, ping increased by 20ms
sometimes graphics settings get reset
sometimes when reloading, the reload animation is not displayed
sometimes the grenade throws itself
Sometimes the animation of the character bugs and visually it runs straight
performance has decreased (micro-freezes are very often observed)

Issues after the update:

There’s still lag when we face enemies or when we start shooting in the classic mode
Characters become blurry when you check the ranks or you view some profiles in the lobby
Issue with some pages in the gallery where some background pictures are missing (check the screenshots).
the holo and red dot sights are too small in the Tommy gun (screenshots).
I’m sorry to say this, but the quality of the new UX in general is quite low and we expect better than that..

New spec system and the lack of ability to see enemies while spectating will lead to unfair reports against fair players

When you spec someone that you doubt they’re hacking, you can’t determine wether they are or not, and you end up reporting anyways. Also if you die you can’t aid your teammates and tell them where are the players since you only can see them, not the enemy ..

Please take this in consideration
It’s so frustrating and un-professional ..

How to report a Cheater using Cheat Z. Prevented us to enter the zone, though it was just 24 meters and upon reaching there, we were again teleported to where we started and this kept on going unless we Ended up at Number Two. Didn't see the opponent as match ended, don't know anything about the Cheater.

The graphics, lobby page and UI (User Interface) is good. But there is lots of bugs, lags, glitch and so on. Need to fix all kind of bugs as soon as possible. And the most important thing is the customer service takes so much time to answer. The new era good because of graphics and bad because of so much lags. And please if possible change the icon of PUBG Mobile. It doesn't look nice.

I just asked for help on this server a few days ago and the guy answered me to just wait a little bit more to see if it changes anything (that was like 3 days ago), and he told me to come back if nothing changes, and here i am, in the cities i almost dont lag but when i get out, its a real nightmare with all the grass and trees i have to charge, but what i rly dont understand is that before the update i didnt had any problem with exactly the same graphics... (btw i play on ipad 7th with my graphics at « smooth » and my frame rate at « extreme »)

Tomorrow night, Arcade and Custom Room has an unstable connection bugs, even if I have a good ping. There is issue in cloth texture on global version when compared to kr version which is clear. I think there is issue in apk provided in official pubgm website because only a few people are facing this issue.

Any mod that can help me solve my issue/bug
Problem: my fire button is not working properly
Explanation: my fire button is played at top left corner of my device. It is fully Enlarged and yet sometimes even after I tap correctly the gun doesn't shoot and i have to tap again and then it shoots.
Frequency of the problem: atleast 2-3 times per match
Device: iPad 2018
Plz help me solve this problem ASAP. It was not there before and has appeared after the new update. It gets very frustrating especially during a 1v1 situation where I tap the shoot button and the gun does not shoot. It mostly happens when I scope in to shoot.

The FPS do increase for me as the resolution is lowered. But I think you should check if your system UI is dying.

Idea suggestion

Enable settings for auto-reload. For me, auto-reload is annoying. Your character don't reload like a US Marine that throw a mag away and load a new one in a blink of an eye. NO that doesn't happen in PUBG. Auto-reloading slow players' movement down. But when the auto-reloading is disabled, it'll increase player speed and will let the player find a good spot to reload rather than get killed because of the auto-reloading mechanism slowing them down. I got this idea from arena match. Seeing players slowed down due to auto-reloading looks fun if it's your enemy, but wont be fun when it is your turn to be a box.

Once again I am writing this message.

Why is my game lagging? My pc meets the requirements in order to run the game smooth while using extreme HD.Your gameloop fps counter shows 57-60 fps When I am playing the game, my ping is 24. When I am running the games choppy, when I open scope It becomes blurry and I can literally see every frame, in fact if I screenshot them I could count them. When I crouch its so delayed.

Not ping, the game is choppy and stuttering while it has no reason.

please fix the asia servers as i am getting 2 different server i play mostly on the good sever of 80ms but since last week I've been getting a sever of 200ms and i lost my k.d from 5.70 to 5.09 now just because of that 200ms server as i can play on it doesn't mean i love that 200ms because when i shoot an enemy i can't just shoot 30bullets to knoc an enemy all the time thank you very much :) i feel like a clown playing this game I don't like the african server either as too many people camp on that server and it's only available to play on erangel and i prefer asia servers for the more intese and hardcore players

New update 1.0.. lots of frame drop. I am missing my smooth screen play. Please revert to previous version. (Purchased new mobile redmi note 8 pro / 200mbps stable connection/ 20ms - only bcoz of pubg, But after update it is irritating) Also reload button sometimes not working. So much frame drop even though the phone is not heating, in spectating mode cannot see enemies smoke, footsteps etc. In custom room the ping is constantly between 300-340. Sometimes not a single bullet available except the loaded ones. Joystick and is not visible enemies are not visible in custom rooms sometime

devs and admins or creators won't do anything unless they are paid so they can fix the bugs or add some additional things on the game coz evem if you say there is a bug screw them they won't fix it.... they are being unfair to ppl why do they support the flagship devices or the high end specs with a ultra hd and 90 fps if some devices have 90fps and snapdragon 660 is smooth on hd high but in d end even if i give my opinion they won't fucking fix it so give it a rest guys all of them sucks they will just do if someone paid them to fix the problem

Spectator mode bug:

In the first image my 3 teammates are in the driving car but only 2 are showing.
In the second image my teammates were running on bridge but the sound effect i was getting was them running on metal board.
Also when i was spectating a teammate it suddenly brought me to spawn island, it fixed itself after i changed to different player.
Often times enemy doesnt show up until they die in spectator mode.

As we know! We can use Global Version accounts on VN Version
(And we can't use the account again in Global Version)
And we know:
To use a Global Account in VN Version
Just we go and login using the login details.
Ok!
The problem is:
I downloaded VN Version and i try to sign in to be using my account there
It's not working.
It create new account..
So please fix it really
