i was suffering from touch issue i found the cause it was caused by ping whenever ping is good i dont face any touch issue but when ping is high or fluctuating why character movement becomes weird and when i try to aim it behaves abnormal its like sensitivity is changed heavily please fix this why is my aim heavily affected when ping is high ? or even slight character movement is related with ping and has to be registered to server? bullet not registering i could understand that but i cant even hit enemy because my aim moves on its own when ping is high

Reported the player in 2 separate games on 2 different dates most blatant abuse of hacks I have ever seen. Managed to get a position where hacker wasn't able to get me and survive... Shot him in the face 5x with AWM got hit marker etc... Nothing then he kills the closer players turns and one hit kills me with lvl 3 helmet with m24... Guy had maxed out m4 and x suit. 💩

All these people asking for Fixing Asia server Ping problem for over 2 weeks now. As if PUBG Corp gives a shit about your problems or listens to our feedback. They only care about how to make more money from players. Wait for them to release more Upgradable Skins and Streamers/Youtubers to spend 100k UCs to buy and upgrade them so that their fans would do that as well. And even worse, Hackers not getting banned. We are doing daily pubg m Tournament but some users use Korean pubg and join the room ( in global version only 2 spec options but in Korean version have 10 spec options) they sit in slot 3-10 in spec and its not visible for global version

As we know that Gameloop has strong Anticheat, It detects overlay window if we use any plugins and it will give us 3 month ban. This is best anticheat so far but there are some version of Chinese Gameloop which cannot detect overlay window of cheating tools. Chinese version of Gameloop using aow_exe.exe of version 3.20.1154.100, 3.20.1108.100, 3.20.1078.100 has no anticheat at all all and cheaters are using these version of Chinese Gameloop to use plugins and killing fair players. As we know that we will get frozen ban if you use old gameloop but this chinese version of gameloop is even safe from frozen ban. Please do something to fix this otherwise cheaters are killing us daily using esp in chinese gameloop

Vivo X50 Pro and OnePlus Nord have the exact same hardware specifications but the X50 Pro is able to run the game on Extreme framerate while the OnePlus Nord only supports up to Ultra framerate. Not quite sure if it's a bug or if it is intentional, but the OnePlus Nord should be able to run the game on Extreme framerate while using the Smooth graphics settings. Please take a look into the issue.

Not all high ping issues are GAME RELATED!

People check your internet connection, if someone else is using it which affects your ping, also check you internet provider if there are issue with your modem/router, also ask for help regarding online connections. Most of people bragging about it are from 3rd world countries which are known for bad internet services ..

Also having good internet speed doesn’t mean AT ALL that you should have good ping. Mine is constant 40 mb/s and my ping is high due to my ISP routing methods ...

How about a couple suggestions to fix modding...

  1. Take it seriously. I have sent video proof of at least 3 modders and no bans happen.
  2. Ban the device. It literally takes modders 5 seconds to create another account IF they do get caught. Yes a danger is buying a used phone that is banned. But thats risk of buying a used phone.
  3. Limit people to the server they are supposed to be on. It creates unfair lag compensation for the rest of us. Also, a significant portion of modders are Indian or Chinese.
  4. Be proactive and create a "playground" server for modders. Tell them go here to try out their skins, mods, hacks...etc.
  5. Take things out of the server that modders use to mod. Gamecasting, allows them to use it for wall hacks, xray vision. Aim assist.. it allows terrible players to be avg, but it also allows modders to use it for all headshots or aimbots.

I started facing this issue a month back. Whenever, I come close to enemy, suddenly the joystick resets to middle and movement stops. It won't respond to touches anymore.

I have tried mostly everything mentioned on the youtube videos out there. Repair, TDM map delete, etc. But the problem persists.

Also, this doesn't seem like an hardware issue. Considering have tried the game on Pixel 2XL and ASUS ROG Phone 3

This is an annoying bug and I see that many players are facing it. A fix would be really helpful 🙇

There’s a bug that has been going since season 2. Which a lot of players are taking advantage of to cheat their way to the top 100. when you kill your teammates it gets counted as a kill🤔 so most of the players kill their teammates to get titles like. Grenadier. Close encounter etc. By killing their teammates game after game. I think it’s time to fix this bug. It’s annoying to work hard for the title where other players just keep killing their teammates to get it.

Earlier before during old update and previous seasons we complete melee or sniper achievement even when I knock enemy with m416 and I finish the knock with a pan it counts to my melee achievement but now when I knock a player with m416 and finish with a pan it doesn’t count to melee achievement unless I knock the player with pan before it counts. Guys what's going on? are you encountering this issue as well? is Asia server down? I wasn't able to play the game. I found this bug since version 0.18.0, It reappear again on Tuesday August 18, till now I don't see players in "world"? , I don't see any single room even though I set no filters. I don't want to play in single player because sometimes teammates don't use voice chat, so I always playing with random players in "world". I'm just wondering it says: "Server matchmaking issue " but my ping in Asia is stable its 80, then I tried to play single player in both N.A and Asia, everything is fine no lag the game is smooth? WTF? PUBG!? It's convinced me that this is a totally bug!. I also tried to fix it, I checked my internet connection no problem at all, restarted the router, I even reinstall the app, log out account, and removed all of my link accounts but the bug is still there. I already report this on their customer service.

There is a bug on layout option 3 ( fixed fire and movement button ):
Some buttons like ads and sprint don't change even after updating and saving the layout. The ads button for example always stays on his original spot ( watch video below ).The issue is in tdm and as well in classic games. Even after repairing the games several times, the bug didn't get fixed.

Make five rounds of infection mode it's hard to complete achievement in three rounds
Out of three rounds
In one round my character definitely become zombie so
I will get only two rounds to kill 30 zombies it's not possible

Suppose I become zombie in first round also it is not possible to infect 15 player because other players who are zombie they also infect some player and last 3 players who remain to infect the become vanquisher so infection to 15 player also impossible
If there is more rounds become possible to complete

Not all high ping issues are GAME RELATED!

People check your internet connection, if someone else is using it which affects your ping, also check you internet provider if there are issue with your modem/router, also ask for help regarding online connections. Most of people bragging about it are from 3rd world countries which are known for bad internet services ..

Also having good internet speed doesn’t mean AT ALL that you should have good ping. Mine is constant 40 mb/s and my ping is high due to my ISP routing methods ...

Very frustrated so I’ll explain here. You guys said you’re introducing a system that bans hackers? What happened to that when we need it the most? There’s hackers in every fucking match, must avoid erangel because there’s always fucking hackers every single time, we are sick now, you guys little don’t give a fuck about our experience all you care about is the money that goes into your pockets, keep making shitty outfits but soon it’s just gonna be hackers left cause they sponsor the game and don’t get banned. I remember reporting a hacker once with proof, whoever replied said they had been banned but in their crew it said in a match 😤 what a fucking disgraceful lying dumb customer service. All they care about is skins and stealing everyone’s wallets and purses. Hackers have been around for many seasons and now there’s a hack where you can disconnect all players. If you are looking to play a game full of hackers and cheaters then this shit is the perfect choice for you. Like sure over 35% headshot is legit, gtfo. Start doing something about hackers and developers do stop lying just to make people stay on the game expecting hackers to be banned so we spend more money, one day pubg will be bankrupt, only hackers playing it.
