And just to share, the unlinking process still continues even when the account is in ban period. Cause I was unlinking the hackers twitter account but he keep cancelling the process by logging into it every day. Tired from everything I had only one chance to take, i unlink the hackers account. At the same time I got my account banned for 7 days. I took a chance and it proved right. The hackers linked twitter account was unlinked and I am so relieved now. Thankyou for not doing anything fucking PUBG CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

We have been experiencing severe ping issues and frame rate drops since the last in-app update. Have tried all trouble shooting. The ping is too damn high in the Asian server. The server keeps timing out and the ping keeps fluctuating. This is the clip of what exactly we are facing. Tried all trouble shooting. Classics work with 120-150 ping. Customs and TDM are point blank dead. Please help! It’s been almost a week now. PS, have filled up the survey. @left cape in 1.0.0 beta there is bug for dropping the ammo, it gets dropped by half each time (ex. if I have 20 ammo and drop it it gets dropped by 20->10->5->2->1->0. ) Also there is a bug when we win a match : no wwcd comes up on screen and no stats come up and after some seconds game freezes. Also in current version 0.19.0 the friend list bug is not fixed

For banning accounts using 3rd party softwares, i would say coc game of supersell(no advertising) did used one of the best anticheat system(banned ppl using XMG app). PUBGM should also use that anticheat system.

Not going to lie this server is a joke. You go to the support section to report hackers just to get redirected to a channel where you need level permissions to report cheaters. Seriously? Why do we need a certain level to report cheaters? That’s another example of how you guys don’t care about our reports. Also, they say report them via their profile. What’s that going to do? Half the hackers I’ve reported have not been banned, just look at the NA North America leaderboard it’s full of Arabic hackers, NA should be for Americans, I don’t see a single American flag on the leaderboard. They’re just multiplying every season. When will you guys actually ban them? Of course they’re just gonna keep coming back on alts so reporting them is useless. Another reason why they don’t get banned is cause they buy skins. I love the fact that all the legit players are quitting the game, it’s just hacker grounds now. Grinding to conqueror is impossible without getting killed by a hacker. The only way to kill them is if you hotdrop and kill them cause they cannot find a gun, ridiculous. Like come on, reporting hackers constantly is annoying. We shouldn’t have to keep sending videos etcetera. It’s time consuming and useless. And now everyone on the leaderboards has a headshot percentage of 35% and above. Tell me that’s not fishy cause it’s clearly hacks.

Days passing and more people are leaving this game due to the unfair environment full of cheaters

We are facing more than 2 hackers in a single game on emulator, fewer on mobile servers, but it’s making the game experience impossible!

Hackers are being so blatant they’re using every feature, flying cars, speed, magic bullets ... etc

If you don’t perform b@ns on hardware and separate Gameloop servers from other emulators servers, and create a brutal anti cheat system, this game is dead in a couple of years

The landing glitch in the Ancient Secret Mode is very annoying. All the players look stuck in the ground while landing on the Temple and glitch out.

It fluctuates sometimes still it better than the over high ping .

Feedback:

  • Stop releasing new outfits and optimize your game.
  • Optimize the five classic maps first and then TDM maps.
  • Stop with expanding the cheer park, no one likes it. Its just making the game more heavier.
  • Make new outfits/skins like PUBG PC. This seasons RP is straight out off FORTNITE. If i want FORTNITE like skins i would play that game, instead here i am playing this bug and hacker infested game.
  • Backpack ornament, attachement of guns, face and head ornaments/gears. All these 'extra' accesories should all come with the main back pack or outfit itself, not sperately. Game For peace your chinese counterpart gives them together and everything in it is alot cheaper.
  • I dont want to trigger the bot, but there is a issue that has been going on since the past 10days.
  • The game has started to lag and become choppy when a squad or squads is near you. This issue is an old issue from 3 seasons back.
  • In the start of the match give us a promt if the match will have fog in it. Like it was with day/night. The whole gaming experience is getting destroyed with your dynamic weather such that we cant see anything in it. Not everyone prefers fog in there matches. Give us an option if we want it or not.
  • Give attachment options like extended/quickdraw mag options. Now give us grip options.
  • Let us select the lobby music, this option has come in PUBG PC we want the same.
  • Release Erangel 2.0 with the three new docks that recently came in PUBG PC.
  • Optimizing the game, such that you can select the gun options, attachment, grips and play style. Optimizing doesnt mean new outfits.
    -The infinite health hack is back becuase of Pharoahs Throne. Remove it ASAP.
    -Hackers i dont know where to even begin, the customers are simply loosing trust in your game because of it. Do something about them atleast by the next update.
    Please only mods or admins of the channel reply to me if you have to. Everyone else just ignore this msg. I hope some dev might read it.

Using wifi : Tested in multiple devices even if internet speed is 10 or 100 mbps you will get ping between 120-500 tested in 5t , 6 ,S9+

Using any carrier : Ping is stable (20-80 ) in mentioned devices

There is a new bug. When i jumped from the risen temple to school apartment area, i glitched and went underground. I was underwater and life was draining due to being underwater. Somehow i swam up but was still stuck underground. I think my random teammate reported me thinking i was using wallhack. I have the vid with me if needed

So here's the thing, I usually play on 48-56 ping, and these days I'm getting either 968 or 90 ping, and it's just so stupid that i can't play this game because of this glitch, (I've checked and it's not my Internet) and it seems especially bad whenever I enable Voice Chat, instant 90 ping to 968ms, not even able to walk without cussing a little, went down from Ace 2 ☆ to Crown 2, and K/D got absolutely destroyed, and I was trying to get Ace 5 ☆ in less than 200 matches, (For refrence, K/D was 4.76 and is now 2.45). Please see to it that you fix it, I can handle hackers, but it's much more frustrating to be killed by a bad player because of lag, than by a hacker. BTW, Is this an a actual survey bot or am I just gonna get hacked if I put my ID in ?

I have used samsung galaxy a50 and samsung galaxy m30s to play pubgm. There is a problem in m30s while taking a close range fight in arena , the accuracy is very low while in a50 the accuracy is very high , you can easily hit the enemy in a50 which I didnt find it easy in the m30s . This is simply an optimization issue as both the devices have same gpu and m30s has an upgraded processor than a50 .

Its not glitch, it happens when the ping of the opponent or the player shooting is not equal. And the due to bullet spread it happens! Aim assist works well when the player is in range of 30-50m from you.

Whenever I start the game my frame rate locks at 60 fps (extreme) but somehow it just goes down to 50 fps and it's not smooth at all and it locks on it, it started happening to me after the 90 fps update. I tried everything from cleaning the cache and reinstalling the game I also reset my whole phone twice and it still occurs.

@clear crystal hey error, I’ve found this bug in the new map Livik, but it’s beta so I understand, but basically if you go under this water you don’t lose health when in a car. I haven’t tested all cars but this was with the monster truck as you can see here. Usually, you’d lose health under this water if you swim under it, however, with the car you don’t lose any. Also haven’t tested in normal water.

The game has lots of bugs.
-texture bug
-in the lobby you haven’t got microphone buttom to turn it on a few times.
-you can’t move the joystick and just only the camera moving.
-hit box
-friend list said 0/0 when you have 100+ friend.
-when you are check someone profile and before check his profile the clan and the crew said yours and not her crew and clan.
How to make much better the game?
Make better daily rewards. The crate,Re-Name card is to expensive, 60-120 uc is much better and add a function where you can buy a rename card with BP like 50.000-75.000 bp.
Make a ping lock to everyone has a same ping like make to everyone has 30ms or 40ms. Do something about the hit delay. Make better servers. Please do something abou the cheaters... and din’t said to “new anti cheat system is much better” because this is lie.

This is a one that is overlooked I believe. But whenever you spectate, the actual aim isnt on the target when they shoot from ur point of view. You can fall through the map when you fly down from the pyramids, to the ground.

There is glitch/bug where we are unable to see a vehicle or airdrop whereas the other teammates can see it. But for few us it would just not be there. The vehicle is visible only when someone gets in. I will try to get a recoridng of it but it happens randomly.

I started facing this issue a month back. Whenever, I come close to enemy, suddenly the joystick resets to middle and movement stops. It won't respond to touches anymore.

I have tried mostly everything mentioned on the youtube videos out there. Repair, TDM map delete, etc. But the problem persists.

Also, this doesn't seem like an hardware issue. Considering have tried the game on Pixel 2XL and ASUS ROG Phone 3

This is an annoying bug and I see that many players are facing it. A fix would be really helpful 🙇

Continuous server lag for 3 days. When we land on roof next second we reach bottom in every single game we played yesterday. Even if I am in cover I get killed since there is lag in server.It's already frustrating enough with hackers. Had this speed hacker kill the whole team and reported ingame and no use. I reported a bug in iPhone XS max control a month ago. And it's still continuing. It really making me think twice to whether continue playing a game whose creators are not bothered about players problems.
