Hi @Error 403 i don't want to tag you but this is getting very annoying and feel ignorant from pubg support team.

Why bonus challenge redeem shop didn't refresh since 16th July. It should be refreshed every week (by rules) but from S7 it getting refreshed after 2 weeks that's OK but this season it didn't refreshed till now already take ~4 weeks.

You don't know how we play in bonus challenge matches there is everyone teaming with other players in solo match they play like squad in solo match anyhow you survive from these players we can't hide from hackers (using esp, aimbot etc). In every match there is teamers and hackers. But you guys didn't do anything atleast for teamers.

My suggestion is atleast disable not more than one player enter into the vehicle just like brdm2 when you enter in vehicle enemies can't enter in it.

It's feel very disappointed that you guys didn't give a damn to their players.
Only and only one thing is matter to pubg is just money.

I hope you should reply on this matter.

And battle challenge redemption store blank from last 2 seasons if pubg didn't care about redemption section why this thing is there just remove it.

It's a small feedback from me.

PUBGM developer's have so many teams. Like, a team works on new skin, a team work on new event, a team work on anti cheat system, a team work on fixing bugs etc.

But one of those teams work very well. This is the team who bring new skins & earn money for tencent.

The team work worst is anti cheat team. They're doing nothing. Peoples reporting cheaters every day (in every minutes actually). But anti cheat team is sleeping 😴
Important thing is, those who create cheats are more intelligent then so called anti cheat team.

PUBGM should stop salary of this team -_- or add some intelligent staff.

1 suggestion: add a new role in this discord, give them access to ban hackers. People will send them cheaters id & proof & the team will ban them immediately. (1 staff can ban more than 100 a day)

@dusty cedar it’s very true this season has been a disaster and a failure, the sellers of the hacks now have websites and they are proud to show the number of subscribers they have +500K subscribers 4.8 million downloads and they even advertise the safety of their hack! I don’t understand how the company can not get their hands on the hack tools that modify the game data and put a solution to stop them from hacking in the first place as a security measure.. I know it’s hard but banning them is not the solution it’s a secondary option when new hacks surface.. but for them to stay quite without closing these backdoors on their game code means that someone is benefiting out of all this

The biggest issue after the update was, the delay of actual ping displayed was Extended. Earlier it was like a sec delay, but now it is random or maybe even more than 5 seconds. Greetings from Colombia

As gamers in this country, we’ve always suffered from ping issues connecting to NA servers, since ping to SA servers is always +170 for unknown reasons, so we are forced to play in NA
The issue is that the lowest ping we get is to servers located in south eastern USA, atlanta, miami .. etc, barely getting 90-100 ping which is fairly playable. The problem, aside ISP’s bad routing, is that we are being queued to NA servers with +144 ping reaching sometimes 180 ms. Imagine getting the same ping as European servers on NA servers! which is illogic and very laggy, especially when queuing with 3 other teammates, where we face another problem, if you use third party apps (vpn’s) to improve ping and get rid of multiple ISP connections routing, the game is routing our connection through our teammates connections, making it worse and even boosting ping.

My point is that we urgently need servers located close to Colombia yet in NA range, and to separate connections while playing with other teammates, so every player could have their own route to the servers, directly to the server to stabilize ping.

Note: sometimes when i play ruins, i connect to some server with 76-80 ping. Which is obviously located in Miami-Atlanta.

Please queue us to these servers in classic mode, queue us always to the nearest servers, not the empty slots ones

Hello this is a menace and joke to the legit players who are spending their time on this game. Unfair people are using Chinese Gameloop to use Unfair tools because for some reason it has no antiche@t for PUBGM Global, Korean, Taiwan, VN. Its a simple test, if you use unfair tools with English gameloop, you will get instant 3 months b@n in the 1st match itself but if you use those same unfair tools with Chinese gameloop, you will not get any b@n. This has been going on from past 1.5 months and we have been getting rage killed by these unfair people. Auto pickup doesn't respect the selected scope pick up limit, as long as there are open 'slots' to which a scope could be assigned. As such turning off auto-equip to deliberately run an empty sight slot (eg much-loved AKM iron sights) results in constantly picking up every allowed scope (up to a 6x in this example) that you encounter and adding them to inventory. This can only be prevented by totally disabling auto pickup, which has major influence on all other looting.

Solution - only pick up scopes according to player-assigned numerical setting. Add additional setting(s) for number of red dot/holo sights.
Alternative - Do not attempt to pick up additional scopes for sight slot which has had one manually removed.

The game has started to show ping and fps drop issue when one or more squad is near you, the same old problem from 3 seasons ago.
My internet is wifi
Speed 100mbps
The ping goes from 20ms to 168ms to 968ms. Even if it is at 168ms the game responds as though its at 968ms.
Also during the game. I am sent back to the game lobby and have to enter back again in the match. This bug/glitch has been occuring to me since this season.
The ping drop issue started this week. I dont know if its because of a 3mb or 4mb update as said by the others.
The hackers are eating up this game. I have an ios device but i generally play with an android one. Now as i see somany ppl complaining about there account getting hacked i am scared to link my account to a social media like fb or twitter to shift my game to ios. Your customers are in serious threat about there security. Sooner or later i will have to stop purchasing stuff too as my bank account details could be stolen too because of your lack of security. Fix your game.
Also the hacker in the video lost his health orignally because of a nade and later as me and my squad mate both give him damge he doesnt loose a single point of health.

After years is unammissible in my personal opinion that devs did not still switch to complex collision, hitting these bad simple collision that are placed now is really annoying, losing a fight because you hit the collision of a tree just because it is placed in a bad way drive you crazy, that happen with every asset placed inside the maps.
After years and years you should consider to switch to complex collision.
They are a in built engine feature (ue4).

Guys, since the in app update a few days ago, PUBG mobile is completely not working. There is constant ping issue on Asia server. Can’t play TDM, can’t play classic and forget about custom.
