If u r in europe server and u r friend is in asia server and u or u r friend invites and joins ..u will face the mic glitch ....but if u both then change to same server then it will b corrected...

Very rarely all of a sudden the game resumes for me and i will be able to spectate. The map load in 5 seconds but the players does not move at all. • The match dosent end even there is just 1 player alive also no WWCD screen

1. Suppose if a hacker linked his twitter account to my game, how am I supposed to unlink him if he can still login and cancel the unlinking process anytime within the 7 days unlinking process.

2. If I unlink his account and get my account banned by using some third party apps, will the linked account of the hacker be unlinked or be in unlinking process through the ban period, eventually getting it unlinked from my game account.

3. Why didn’t PUBG MOBILE didn’t ask for proof of ownership through the ingame customer support before bringing the unlinking feature back. Due to this many genuine player’s accounts are at stake where the hacker used the unlinking feature to unlink the owner’s linked account.

SUGGESTIONS ...

1. Please level up your game in customer support. The response time is really bad.

2. Prime focus should be on account security and privacy first, then the new events and fancy stuff.

3. Hacker, will never be banned. I don’t know why.

4. If there is an issue or players encountering any problem, please try to fix it as soon as possible. For an instance, “account logged in with a newer version” is a problem for many. I myself am facing it since last 50 days now and counting.

Hi @clear crystal i don't want to tag you but this is getting very annoying and feel ignorant from pubg support team.

Why bonus challenge redeem shop didn't refresh since 16th July. It should be refreshed every week (by rules) but from S7 it getting refreshed after 2 weeks that's OK but this season it didn't refreshed till now already take ~4 weeks.

You don't know how we play in bonus challenge matches there is everyone teaming with other players in solo match they play like squad in solo match anyhow you survive from these players we can't hide from hackers (using esp, aimbot etc). In every match there is teamers and hackers. But you guys didn't do anything atleast for teamers.

My suggestion is atleast disable not more than one player enter into the vehicle just like brdm2 when you enter in vehicle enemies can't enter in it.

It's feel very disappointed that you guys didn't give a damn to their players.

It happens on Airtel 4g network(Country : India) and not only for me it also happens with my friends who are using Airtel 4g network. This issue was not present in the previous version . Also in tdm the ping will be 60 - 140 but there is about 0.5 second delay in registering the shot in the server which makes me loose most of the fight in tdm . These issues were not there in the previous version. Please look into this issue

hey devs your is laggy as hell, a guy with vss kills me in a split second(im sure he is not hacker but your game lags badly) like im shooting someone and he dies a bit later its not my ping nor internet.
its ***like if someone shoots at me it does not show that im being shot at or my hp is decreasing until im knocked or alternatively there is large latency *** and its annoying as hell because most of the time its too late, again its not my internet nor my device as it was good before the updates

Questions REGARDING UNLINKING OF ACCOUNTS.

1. Suppose if a hacker linked his twitter account to my game, how am I supposed to unlink him if he can still login and cancel the unlinking process anytime within the 7 days unlinking process.

2. If I unlink his account and get my account banned by using some third party apps, will the linked account of the hacker be unlinked or be in unlinking process through the ban period, eventually getting it unlinked from my game account.

3. Why didn’t PUBG MOBILE didn’t ask for proof of ownership through the ingame customer support before bringing the unlinking feature back. Due to this many genuine player’s accounts are at stake where the hacker used the unlinking feature to unlink the owner’s linked account.

SUGGESTIONS ...

1. Please level up your game in customer support. The response time is really bad.

2. Prime focus should be on account security and privacy first, then the new events and fancy stuff.

3. Hacker, will never be banned. I don’t know why.

4. If there is an issue or players encountering any problem, please try to fix it as soon as possible. For an instance, “account logged in with a newer version” is a problem for many. I myself am facing it since last 50 days now and counting.

5. Please ask to login with every update you release, that would level up your security standards. @clear crystal

The devs should push in-game patches more often to fix the existing bugs instead of fixing them in the next major update. I'm not a professional with the game coding and stuff, but you should be able to do so. For example, the friends list bug which I suppose everyone is aware of could be fixed with an in-game patch. I know there's a temporary fix to that but it just doesn't feel nice if you have to enter a match/cheer park just to access your entire friends list. Having in-game patches more often would definitely make the user-experience better.

I am facing much of issues in PUBG from 2-3 days. Sometimes PUBG won't open, and even if it does open it takes about 10 minutes to connect to the server. I have encountered problem while playing classic matches as well, sometimes a message pops up showing that the match has ended, please return to the lobby, even tough i am alive. I have checked there is no ping problem, the ping stays in between 20-30, but still sometimes i see my friends and opponents teleporting from one place to another. And in the end of a game irrespective of win or lose, I am not able to return to the lobby. I have to restart PUBG about 3-4 times, then only i can play the game.
I hope u get these bugs or issues solved.

Primeiro vou explicar a situação: Recentemente eu estou usando o giroscópio do jogo, pois acho bem mais fácil para controlar o recoil, mas eu parei de usar as snipers e DMR'S do jogo porque o giroscópio acaba atrapalhando.
Agora a solução que eu pensei: A equipe do jogo podia criar um sistema de giroscópio independente para cada arma, ou seja, a m4 eu deixaria com o giroscópio ligado, já a m24 eu deixaria desligado assim o giroscópio não atrapalharia

What are the odds of getting real-time support of Some Moderators whom can ban players in the match they started cheating? I mean, you guys ban them... (If they didn't pay enough yet) but what compensation reward we get? We get our -40/-60 points in Ace or in Conq and nothing else. I think it's still unfair. i just tried and played the Pubg Mobile beta version for a long time and i have faced some issues in the game and some suggestions i would like to share with Pubg Mobile Team..

1. Mansion backside area got too much grass and too much big stones which is not looking good because its decrease the beauty of the map.

2. Remove Big Bushes from Georgopool which Pubg Mobile has added in the beta version because players can camp there and kill anyone very easily because its so dense.

3. There is a barricade in Mylta just after we cross the cafe of Mylta (probably 40-50m) after we cross the cafe in Mylta near the tower which is in the middle of the road, remove that because if someone will come they will bash in that.

4. Add different Gyroscope sensitivity for all guns with their respected scopes or categories the guns and give us an option to choose Gyroscope sensitivity according to pur needs because in the current update if we have a 4x and we have to use it on M4 or any automatic gun for spraying and suddenly we need to use it on any DMR or Bolt Action Sniper we need to change the gyroscope sensitivity again and again, so either give gyro sensitivity settings for all guns with scope or give like AR, SMG, DMR, LMG, Pistols, Bolt Action, Others..

There is an issue with Spectator Mode. Game does not start for the spectator incase of Crowded rooms. Using Gameloop Emulator. Facing this issue since last one month. Need HELP. Reported also via in-game report and also in various PUBG Discord Channels. No response yet. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
