Yo PUBGM so i have so many problems with the Game.

#1. Since the update the servers have been so unstable. Recconecting, loading, no server response please log in again. Every time i play i parachute and end up sliding on the ground with my parachute still on. Sometimes when i land, i pick up weapons but i can't then 3seconds later im dead and my crate is on the streets of pochinki where in my screen i died in a house.

#2. i cant even play TDM,Ruins,Arena Training, and Domination. I spawn in with no weapons and no enemies nor teammates. I can see when people die but when i move i can die also. But i don't see anything or can do anything.

So PUBG played smart again in favor of hackers. Earlier they use to reward you 20 points on lose in bonus challenge which is only 10 now and not even taking any actions against any of hackers. Its literally impossible to play legit in bonus challenge. Brutal hackers everytime. Not a single action taken against them. I guess all the PUBG policies are now for hackers and their benefits.

The best thing PUBG MOBILE team could do is to form a specific MODERATORS team who could play with regular players and recognise hackers it would've been an amazing job.
For my self I meet up to 10 hackers daily in Duo Tpp Livik it has been a daily problem now since Season 14 began.
I tried to rush to Conqueror but I gave up because they will be all over the map with wall hacks,aimbot,bullet cheats and stuff like this.
So all I want from PUBG SERVICE TEAM is to make a MODERATOR team to play with usuall players.

Dp-28 Level4 its like they are not scared to be banned which means they have an anti-ban system that will never get them banned.

I am writing to complain about the poor service we players receive when reporting a cheater. I've been worried for the past 2 weeks since the begin of the new season regards the way the PUBG Mobile Team handle reports. I'm currently managing a PUBGM community for players from Suriname (is a country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America) with around 6,500 active players/members, and most of them have been complaining that they have been using the built-in report system to report cheaters and nothing has happened yet. Most of them sent me a video evidence, and details about the cheaters and I reported them using the website http://cheater-report.pubgm.cc
I also reported the cheaters through the in game customer service where I would get a response from the PUBGM Team within 3 days, though it's not the official way to report a cheater, but it still was an alternative way. Even though I reported the cheaters through the website link or customer service in game with valid proof, I haven't received any answer for 2-3 weeks now. I was used to get a response within 3 days or 1 week, that was for sure, but things seem to be changed now I guess. So that's why I'm worried about if there something going on. Take the #cheater-reports channel as an example. The channel has been closed for almost 2 weeks now, which gives me a feeling that something is going on....
Which is why I'm worried, and believe me I'm not the only one worried here. Is the team behind reports on some break? Or do they lack people who handle cheaters reports? In that case, I'm pretty sure Tencent can hire more people for the team to deal with reports. Is the Team working on something new to deal with reports coming from players? All these questions are popping up since I'm worried. So I hereby request to get at least a response from any of the staff team, especially the community manager to give us information regards this.

Start banning IPs of hackers, it's super frustrating to get killed by hacker when u are pushing ranks, especially in asian servers. Top 100 leader is almost full of hackers, and they don't even get banned.
It's clear that you guys don't want to ban these cheaters, in this week alone I have reported more than 30 hackers in classic and 30-40 hackers in Asia leaderboard. First you guys can't detect hacks, then after reporting in game and reporting manually in customer support, there is no action being taken. I mean come on, that's how you guys treat your player base. Learn from supercell, in terms of managing game. People spend so much money on this game, yet this type of service is unacceptable. Hackers situation is not new, and each season you guys reply with "we are working on our anti cheat blah blah".
During duo rank push, in every match there were atleast 2 hackers, and all I could do was wait for them to finish each other, camp outside the zone, or kill them with nades while they are closing or rushing on me.
We don't need reply, we need action, do it or just simply tell us that " guys we cannot do anything regarding hackers as we get lots of profit by selling hacks via third party mediums". Just tell us so that we all at once stop spending our money on your game.
2) not even a single android device is optimised for pubg, like we know that there are too many variants of android device, least you can do is optimise flagship devices from each company, your game doesn't runs smooth even on Snapdragon 865+ in custom room, what? That's the fastest processor for android out there.
3) auto downloading of maps, even after disabling 4g download option in settings, maps like tdm and all sometimes download automatically, I don't even want to player these goddam maps man.

Hi I'm having FPS fluctuating issue. The game fps basically fluctuates from a smooth 60fps to below 30fps at random throughout the game. I've tried reinstalling the game and playing the game with no other contents installed (except Erangel and Livik since they are installed by default). As soon as your rank reaches platinum 2 you will meet at least two cheaters who have the aimbot for the others they have the wall-hack. The problem here is that my rank is crown 1 and I avoid as much as possible to confront the enemies because you don't know if they are clean or not. Not 1 single awm in all that time. Think I'm pleased with my purchase?

I have a device with 6gb ram. I think its not a device issue, because when i played CODM i never faced any of the above issues. For erangel we can see them in the houses but its atleast better than miramar as you can see them from 100mts away. But, still because of this issue i just started openly spraying on them many times and revealed my location same goes with them as it is a disadvantage for them because its revealing there loctaion.
  -Also increase loot on erangel & miramar.
• The spectate hack/glicth is still there. When you start spectating your freinds after your killed in the initial 2-3 sec you can literally see everyone around in open field. Even if they are behind obstacels.

This is something that has been happening to me for past 3 , 4 days. It happened to my all 3 teammates too. It's server lag for 3 4 mins where we can't even do a thing. This happened to me 3 times for past mentioned days. Other than that sudden lag spikes happens most time. It's not visible as this one. It's for split seconds. But when fighting against enemies it's lethal one. I get killed in 2 shots while I had made more than half round AR bullets on enemies head.

Constantly battling against players cheating is a Major issue in PUBGM. Tencent claims to desire fair game play for all, but I’m not so sure based on the inability to ban obvious hacks. I recommend If Tencent anti-cheat department can’t fix the hack/cheating problem with in game reports with regular updates, let’s consider Giving all players the same capabilities and Make the game fair for all. By Giving non-cheating players the same xray vision, no recoil, aimbot, wall hack , etc...capabilities, it will eliminate most of the hackers/cheats in short order. According to numerous forums and personal experience, Hacks are so bad in your game most players are now cheating or quitting PUBG Mobile all together. I high encourage the dev and anti-cheat teams to play 5 matches in Livik. In 3 of those 5, you will encounter hackers/cheaters. This is also occurring during tournaments. Let’s make PUBGM fun again by leveling the battlefield.

Whenever people report against a cheater with proof, they can ban them immediately after watch the evidence.

Since last 2 months, I am having lots of problem with ping issue in asia server and middle east server... before starting game ping is 40-80 and after staring game the pings goes to 200-800. I am pretty sure internet is fine and I am having this issue with 3 networks. Fix it pl, it is becoming very irritating specially in ARENA matches, hot drop and final circle in classic matches. Moreover, it can be seen that lots of players are having this problem.
Further, I am using Jio and Airtel In India (best ones). So don't advise on changing internet..

There’s a bug where the scope gets stuck in tap mode when it’s set to tap and hold. It needs to be tapped again to take the scope off the screen, when it should get off the screen as soon as you lift the finger. Couldn’t reproduce it since but it lasted that entire match.

Ok. I had the Pharao X-suit. Cool stuff. I also upgraded it to get the emotes.. Cool stuff. Then I put it on. I also added a cat head and boom...suit is gone. is not in my inventory anymore, I cannot find it. The workshop is still showing it upgraded, i still have the emote, (which says you cannot use it as you are not wearing the suit), but the suit is nowhere to be found. That is real money I spent that just seems to have vanished.
