So guys, I will be sharing one of my worst experience of loosing my account to a hacker and some of my friends too. The best way to protect your account is to link it with your social media platforms, even better option would be if you login with email with a verification code. If your social media accounts are safe, there is a high probability that your game account is safe. Even If you are using a single login option please make sure you enable 2FA to ensure maximum security for that account so that you can recover it when needed. I have discovered how the your accounts get stolen or what we say “HACKED”. It’s not basically hacked, they steal the account from you by stealing your login credentials. No how that works is they post different ads about free UC, discounted items, redeem codes, weapon or vehicle skins with a PHISHING LINK in form of a website which might be looking similar to the official pubg site, HOWEVER IT IS NOT. They allure you to the offers and you unintentionally or accidentally login with your credentials on that site. You may feel you are safe. once they gain access to your credentials, they open your Facebook or the other linked social media account and just change your PRIMARY EMAIL AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER to theirs, or they can add their social media account or a fake account to the game account they have access to. And once they have access to your game and your social media account, they SELL IT. that’s how it works and pubg mobile should be a little more strict towards such acts. It’s weird cause I have access to my Facebook account and even my email which I linked, but I am UNABLE TO LOGIN TO THE GAME , but the hacker can. Facing this issue since the mid of season 13. Haven’t got any reply from pubg mobile customer support till now. Every time I login to play TDM suddenly all the players vanished after match starts and I can only hear the voices. M416 aim automatically move towards enemy's head and gives you a clear headshot while in ADS and if aiming reticle is too far it will still kill your enemy with a headshot. I got 2-3 kills in similar manner and for killed like this also. Please confirm this

Not all the Arab players are cheaters, and it's indeed racism. The mentioned nations on #news must be very resourceful about cheating if the Staff is in need of local informations. PUBGM's staff finally heard the player's voice and they are trying to focus more on Fair Play, even if we don't see the progress just yet. I think everyone knows how many players and money CSGO lost when the Hackers took control. They had to make the game free2play, give out free stuff, invest money on an AI that can detect cheaters. Community bans can be abused; but a System like CSGO's Overwatch would work nicely in my opinion. Currently the only way we can report cheaters is via the ingame form - which is a bad system - or use the link we are given, probably #cheater-reports but even Mods, Admins, and the Community Team has to realize, banning 50 of them sadly won't stop them. It's a really-really slow process if you see how often the Channel is closed. Community bans may also help future decisions: Community Ban can last for a week or a month, but the next time the suspected player will get banned because of his bad history. Of course, after a big amount of reports (100+).

It’s mind blowing how the hackers are taking over the game, it’s now impossible to play a match without an aimbotter or some ESP user. Not even on NA servers which were considered “clean”, until season 12

The player base, or at least players who play the game consistently and spend money on it are immigrating to other games, or just quitting forever.

What’s the point of the rank system, if a hacker comes and kills you at the start of the match and take away all the points you played the whole day to earn? It’s absolutely pointless

@grizzled wedge 45 MB Internet is kinda slow... Try upgrading to 100 mbps.... I too used a 70 mbps before... My ping used to spike too but after I switched to 100 mbps... I get somewhere around 20 ping now... And it is stable

Hi Tencent Games.Iaam Here to tell you a important issue about PUBG MOBILE which is happening on my phone.There is a problem which iam facing while playing PUBG MOBILE.When I start the match Team Death Match(TDM) in Arena,thr match starts and spawns in the base but the match does not start.The point does not increase and I cant kill anyone and also I cant see my teammates.Everyone gets invisible and also I cant hear any footsteps and gunsound.

Yo PUBGM so i have so many problems with the Game.
Device: Oppo F11 Pro
Region: Asia, Phillipines
Server: Asia
#1. Since the update the servers have been so unstable. Recconecting, loading, no server response please log in again. Every time i play i parachute and end up sliding on the ground with my parachute still on. Sometimes when i land, i pick up weapons but i can't then 3seconds later im dead and my crate is on the strees of pochinki where in my screen i died in a house.
#2. i cant even play TDM,Ruins,Arena Training, and Domination. I spawn in with no weapons and no enemies nor teammates. I can see when people die but when i move i can die also. But i don't see anything or can do anything.
#3. Hackers Hackers Hackers. They all just came back what happend?

Yes i have repaired multiple times in a week and ive also reinstalled 4 times. So please just fix the game, i love this game ive been playing since S1. This season is more worse than S5 and i had a more potato phone and wifi back then. I have better tech now so it's all in PUBGM. Please fix it :))

Does anyone else has difficulties with door opening? My ping is usually 88-100ms but after an update it keeps happening to me. I know you can bypass it by jumping on the door or jumping/ ducking on the window but I would prefer for it to be fixed. Also in vikendi, on one of the hills (I will take a screenshot of the place when I will be there next time) the one of the hill is glitched. Basically you can hide is side of the top of the hill.
