Dear Tencent Technical Team,
I am from Afghanistan. We have this issue. This issue is not mine but our entire country has this issue.
The issue is Middle East ping. Since day one when ME servers were introduced, our ping wasn't improved. We always get 160-200ms ping just like Europe server.
Recently we found out PUBGm does have a near Middle East server but in order to play on that server we have to connect to VPN and select UAE country. Our ping decreases to 50ms!!. If we use VPN we get 50ms ping. Again if we start a match without connecting to the VPN the ping becomes 170ms.
We have found Afghanistan players are matched to a very far ME server. But by using VPN and changing our location to UAE, we are matched to a very near ME server.
Our request is get matched to the nearest ME server without any VPN. So all players could get 50ms ping without any problem.

- The loot in erangel has to be increased. Like sanhok and vikendi.
- Increase the scopes in miramar. Its a sniper preffered map and we dont get scopes!!
-The sound glitch/bug. When the in-game sound with comms just keep on fluctuating.
-The game optimization. So that it can work like on Ios devices on most flagships of android.
-The hackers get rid of them!!!
-The cheer park training issue. Where random players just come infront of the targets and you cant reach 75+ points. Copy your peers and make it a personal cheer park for everyone where we can invite our friends.
-The odds of crates. The odds go down because of facial accesories and head gares. Dont give them seperately, give them with the set like in GFP!!!
-Make a running source of income for AG currency like silver/BP/UC. Yes you can earn UC in-game by bonus challenge/rewards.
-Don't keep on releasing new modes, first fix your old glitches/bugs and optimize your game for majority of flag ship devices of android.
-GET RID OF HACKERS/CHEATERS. YES, I AM REPEATING BECAUSE THAT'S HOW BIG AN ISSUE THEY HAVE BECOME!!!.
-Also listen to your customers.

Here is a list of few things that have got to be fixed in PUBGM:
- The loot in erangel has to be increased. Like sanhok and vikendi.
- Increase the scopes in miramar. Its a sniper preffered map and we dont get scopes!!
-The sound glitch/bug. When the in-game sound with comms just keep on fluctuating.
-The game optimization. So that it can work like on Ios devices on most flagships of android.
-The hackers get rid of them!!!
-The cheer park training issue. Where random players just come infront of the targets and you cant reach 75+ points. Copy your peers and make it a personal cheer park for everyone where we can invite our friends. A trench infront of the target wont matter much, if some random dude stands directly infront of you with malacious intent you still wont be able to shoot the target. I posted pics of this happening to me multiple times.
-The odds of crates. The odds go down because of facial accesories and head gares. Dont give them seperately, give them with the set like in GFP!!!
-Effects for every dress. In GFP every dress which goes below your knees has an effect. But, we only have that for mythic dresses make it for all dresses.
-Make a running source of income for AG currency like silver/BP/UC. For those who didnt know yes you can earn UC in-game by bonus challenge/rewards.
-Don't keep on releasing new modes, first fix your old glitches/bugs and optimize your game for majority of flag ship devices of android.
-Decrease in general cost of items. The achievement for radio mission is nearly impossible for normal players and the achievement for march 21 is simply a scam.

I haven't seen any hackers in game for a quite a while. Yes there are bugs and glitches in thr game (Developers are aware of them and are trying the best to fix those)
And about the dress effects, there are several developer team of GFP and Seperate for Global Version. Upcoming outfits and guns skins will mostly likely to be from GFP.
They also have enough pressure of both releasing new stuff and upkeeping of old stuff.
I know its frustrating to face bugs and glitches but its not everytime to blame dev team sometimes there are issues in device you are playing.
And THEY DO LISTEN TO PLAYERS, THEY ARE NOT FOOLS TO CREATE A DISCORD SERVER DEDICATED TO FEEDBACK AND HACKERS.
And if you all are facing lag then you should check your device and see that is there any problem with hardware or software of device.
NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE AT SAME TIME.

And about hackers using hacks and posting videos are possibly either old video or they use cracked apk (which are untraceable) or they are on Emulator.

Hello there, So My internal IOS Phone microphone broke, Completely broke so it basically doesn’t work anywhere. So I can’t talk, that problem is on my end. So then I bought BLUETOOTH earphones for PUBG and other apps to have a working mic at least. I connected them and went onto PUBGM Global Version(What I play on) I play on IOS so no earphone jack. I turned on my mic when earphones were connected, but there was no mic detection. This means that PUBGM doesn’t want to switch to the Wireless Earphone’s Mic. It wants to use my phone mic that doesn’t work. Maybe add a Feature where it detects input devices then I can switch to my earphone mic. Or that it automatically switches to the wireless mic. The mic does work , I have tested on discord, calls , voice notes but only on PUBG it doesn’t work.

@quiet smelt idk about you but I would love to have a golden trigger flare gun to go with all of my other golden trigger guns. Plus it’s another thing Pubg can make a bunch of money on. I just want a sweet gun skin for EVERY gun, the only guns I am missing are the ones I listed and don’t remember seeing any skins for them. Shoot you could even make an upgradable flaregun skin (for example) - that looks like it’s from the 1800s that shoots a crazy looking flare. (Fireworks,flying dragon, flamethrower etc) it was just a thought and wanted to share it

Oh, I see, @pine creek. Now that does make sense, and there are chances that they will have a closer look at it. 
Oh and by the way, you can get a desert camo skin for the Winchester 94 by completing achievements. Go have a closer look at them! If I remember correctly, it is the level 5 of shotguns kills. About the MP5K and DBS, those are relatively newer guns, so it is understandable they didn't make more for those, for now. For the others, well... Time will tell. ;)

As gamers in this country, we’ve always suffered from ping issues connecting to NA servers, since ping to SA servers is always +170 for unknown reasons, so we are forced to play in NA
The issue is that the lowest ping we get is to servers located in south eastern USA, atlanta, miami .. etc, barely getting 90-100 ping which is fairly playable. The problem aside ISP’s bad routing is that we are being queued to NA servers with +144 ping reaching sometimes 180 ms. Imagine getting the same ping as European servers on NA servers! which is illogic and very laggy, especially when queuing with 3 other teammates, and here we face another problem, if you use third party apps (vpn’s) to improve ping and get rid of multiple ISP connections routing, the game is routing our connection through our teammates connection, making it worse and even boosting ping.
My point is that we urgently need servers located close to Colombia yet in NA range, and to separate connections while playing with other teammates, so every player could have their own route to the servers, directly to the server to stabilize ping.
I’ll attach a screenshot to the ping with and without the vpn so you can see the difference, please try to help us to improve our experience, the games fan base here is huge.

Some idiot was saying that there are very few hackers and just now my whole squad was killed by hackers in two back to back matches. Also in many other previous matches. Didnt even bother to report because its simply useless. I found hackers with 60kda. With nearly all matches as wins using speed hack(probably the most obvious hack). He wasnt banned and still isnt. Well the most helpfull thing happened to me just now. The bot responded, atleast its better than pubgm staff in doing somegthing against hackers.

Recently I have seen a lot of friendly fire in payload and in most cases players have restricted teammates to pick their equipment.
But there have been times when they want to get back, but it's impossible to pick ID card if teammate has restricted to pick their equipment. Can you make it so that only ID card can be picked up and when teammate comes back he/she can pick their own equipment?
And also is killing teammate with wehicle explosions truly fine? because I have seen a lot of that happen too.

Like I said, Tencent, loots are reduced way too excessive. Sometimes even in high loot places we cannot find weapon. This is just annoying because you guys are not being serious in removing hackers and fixing the game. The cheer park is having problems. The weapons are glitching off of the boards. And the 16/16 isnt working. Sometimes 20 people are in the lobbies. Can you implement a trading system? Sometimes I see weapon skins, helmet skins, backpack skins and other accessories that were out along time ago but you can’t get them anymore and I want them. However I know trading has a lot of flaws so I have thought up of these next restrictions so trading can be better and safer for everyone:
-only accounts with PRIME can trade
-you have to have to be linked to a social media account
-you can only send 4 items and can only recieve 4 items in a single trade
-you have to have an account older than 2 months (so no transfers to new accounts to sell)
-you can only trade with people on the same version game as you (people on the kjrp version cannot trade with global version)
-you can only complete (x) amount trades an hour
Not only will people be able to get skins that they want, but it will also lower account selling/trading, as people will tend to trade for their items instead of buying them which is against PUBGM terms of service. This would also make a lot more people buy prime and prime plus membership. So tencent can profit from this.
However I know that there are many more flaws in the system ,and hope that If you implement this into the game, that you add more restrictions or features to make this safer for everyone. Thank you for reading this, and I hope that this system comes into consideration.

Some genius mod or admin was saying with a ditch in cheer park now there will be no further issues of ppl blocking you and can do your training easily. I went and sat infront of another player when he was doing the training and he couldnt shoot, had to change his position. Also in the second pic well a vehicle was stuck at the corner targets.
We need a personal training ground or cheer park, in which we can invite our friends. Like all the other games similar to pubgm ex:Fortnite. Also face, head and other accesory should come with their corresponding set or in case of back pack ornaments with thier back pack. These things that i mentioned above are decreasing the odds of legendary and mythic items. Wake up customers of PUBGM!!! This company is stealing your money right in front of you.
As for the hackers issue by this point i think PUBGM doesnt want to remove them for reasons unknow. Somany issues that couldve been fixed with this update. It shows how the devs simply dont listen to the core player base.

Yes, previously we had options of choosing NORMAL , ROUNDED CORNER & NOTHCHED display option. In this update they eliminated all options. We can't use normal display. It automatically keeps on notch mode. If we decrease the parameters to 1, and restart the game, it goes again to notched mode again. wtf @solar stirrup

So apparently my ping in my own region passed 200ms, and it was so laggy and choppy to the point I raged, and left. Now with the new update and the beautiful map, suddenly my ping is 47ms.... uhhh explain? There was a bug which gets ur ping higher?? So the update fixed it? Plus my ping was all yellow in then other regions, now in my region, EU and Asia it’s good.

Now I'm going to be forced to use them to play as smooth as before. The galaxy A series were not the only smartphones which suffered from this issues almost all the mid range and budget phones from the other brands too this game has become a pay to win game always the guy with the more money get to be superior at this game. Please hear us and fix this issue because I tried to play with 30 fps I thought it would be okay but it feels so laggy after I was used to play at higher than that.

Livik bugs: graphics need tweaking, can't see enemy as good as other maps. Sound glitches various, people on rocks sound like they are on grass, or no sound at all, people in buildings sound like they are one floor down. Frame rates drop significantly throughout game. Racetrack needs to be easily identifiable. MK12 sound needs adjusting for distance, super loud at long ranges. Mini map needs to be zoomed out a little more to see surroundings properly

Also, when you go into inventory for loadout change, the icon doesnt pop up, i have to go to another slot like weapons or vceichle then go back to see the icon. Also, for low end devices, even though there are stuff rendered in when you firsr spawn, when landing, after around 20sec, everything renders in. This is fast pace too, so 20sec can cost death at start because you dont know where ypu are going.

The guy that I circled is me, apparently this is a death replay. So the guy doesn’t know where I am (considering that I dropped 4 smoke grenades and I was in one in the location you see me now, that’s why he didn’t know I was there until the smoke was gone). So why isn’t my smoke showing in the death replay, isn’t that weird?

The Livik map is still in Beta they released it so that they can test some of the things and it is clearly mentioned in bold letters when you are in lobby.
Of course there will be bugs and glitches that why it is in Beta. Developers are not fools to add things in game full of bugs and glitches.
Wait for the patch update for few fricking days and everything will be fixed.
And about the voice glitch,Try Changing your wifi or reset your god damn device cause there are many players who have no issue over mic glitch.
And for the Dumb ones who post their Game ID in #old what do you guys think developers will check through you game profile for bugs and glitches. There are many scammers around who can misuse you Game ID for many reasons.
Give developers some time to create a valid patch to fix your problem(I know its difficult to wait for some of you).
Pubg has cleared mentioned while watching death replay that replay will be little different in order to reduce battery consumption,Still there are some dummies who think there are hackers and cheaters.
And the ones who are criticizing Developers for poor game maintenance, Try Redownloading your game and update or Repair your game Twice or Thrice.
I know there are bugs and glitches and it is sometimes annoying but wait at least for 2-3 days and everything will be fixed like usual.

My iPad is getting pretty hot during gameplay and draining battery fast. 80% to 9% in just under 2 hours when playing on the new map Livik. Never had this problem with any other map. Also the death replay cam goes black for the first 5-10 seconds of death replay.

Buildings disappears , friend list start from 0 friends, get stuck in between buildings and get knocked out ( in school and the apartments especially) , achievement points again start from zero and the lag increases with each updates - I play in 16GB ram PC. It has an i-7 9th gen processor and a GTX 1660 super. All the games run like water but this game- its just awful it lags even in smooth extreme. New error in one plus 7 lol when I click on crouch first it was my touch but it registered as double click leading to ghost touch second time which led my character to crouch and stand back up again, either this is worst phone to play games on or its just this game that isn't optimized eventho they promote their bs deal with one plus so hard

Again just now i went to cheer park on training field some fkers came infront of me twice as i was practising. Also as i un-installed the game and installed the game i lost ultra sounds. There is some glitch with the shadows. When i get knocked the screen becomes dark for a sec and then becomes normal. The livik is a beta map so i wont bother to write about it glitches. I think there should be a different channel for livik glitches/bugs. Also if another mod comes and says this is a repost fk you too. I am facing this problem again & again that is the reason i am posting it again, about cheer park the rest is new. Read what i am writing about completly before saying its a repost.

For all those who made this stupid parachuting, PLEASE FIX IT! I was doing threat from above achievement, I was trying to land on the thicket column in Quarry, Sanhok. I’ve made it, and I didn’t. Confused? Sure... My feet touched the place I wanted to land in( touched) should be landed on but the game didn’t do that, FIX THAT... Also yes camera goes up when parachuting making more confusion than we ever had. We’ve had confusing bugs and issues, please don’t make this more confusing, Thanks!

In CODM there is no lag with high graphics than pubg but why there is a lag in pubgm with low graphics we all players are requesting to community to remove 80% lag from low end device.
