I have a bug to report, whenever I try to land in school aparts what happens is while landing the person becomes fpp suddenly and then it states that I fell from high location and get knocked out and finished.
I have reported this bug several times and when 0.19.0 arrived, the bug was fixed and whenever I landed near school apartments even if it suddenly turns fpp, I landed safely.
But from last 2 weeks the bug is back and same scenario happens with me 😭 and the character starts bouncing till i get killed by falling.

The mic glitch from several seasons ago is back. Every time my squad and I get into a lobby we have to mic check before the plane because half of the time we cannot hear each other. We all understand there are many hackers in the game. And let’s say we accepted the premise that PUBG support is too busy to deal with them all. Nothing, and I mean nothing, excuses that this guy is continued to allow to play. Shame on you PUBG staff, it would take all of 2 minutes two watch him (he plays all the time) and realise he is hacking,, in case the stats aren’t obvious enough. Dear Tencent Technical Team,
I am from Afghanistan. We have this issue. This issue is not mine but our entire country has this issue.
The issue is Middle East ping. Since day one when ME servers were introduced, our ping wasn't improved. We always get 160-200ms ping just like Europe server.
Recently we found out PUBGm does have a near Middle East server but in order to play on that server we have to connect to VPN and select UAE country. Our ping decreases to 50ms!!. If we use VPN we get 50ms ping. Again if we start a match without connecting to the VPN the ping becomes 170ms.
We have found Afghanistan players are matched to a very far ME server. But by using VPN and changing our location to UAE, we are matched to a very near ME server.
Our request is get matched to the nearest ME server without any VPN. So all players could get 50ms ping without any problem.

Playing in 200ms both in Europe and ME is hard. So if you could fix the ping issue in ME server in Afghanistan, connect us the nearest ME server so we could get 50ms ping.

Please fix this bug. In payload we are inside the helipad in military base. We found it randomly by trying to get the mini gun on top of the pad and a teammate fell through. This is accessible from all types of entry from above (the whole helipad). After 8 or so minutes we eventually had to move and you can shoot out of it but people can’t shoot in ofc. Pls fix the bugs in school, when i land on school area, on the School building or even on the School Apartement, i often flying about 15 meters then i fall down by it self, but its not over, i keep fly then fall again until i get knocked out and keep fly and fall until i died. It would be nice if we could have a status feature like here on Discord were we could become invisible, so that people won't know you are online when you just want to have a quick solo match or if you are just logging in for daily rewards without having people notice you and send you invites. It would be really nice if we could keep the special lobbies. I mean, why even have a slot for those in the inventory if they are always temporary? We should be able to collect them, especially the ones tied to maps like the current Miramar one. Is there any network or server issues for the Caribbean region? I've not been able to get into the game normally since June 23rd. It keeps me on the loading screen (running icon animation appears). I've also uninstall and reinstall the app. My internet definitely isn't the problem because other apps and online games work just fine.
After trying different methods, I now need a VPN to log into the game.
A lot of people in the Caribbean are also experiencing this issue. Others are also having mic issues - ( a VPN is needed to fix this too).

hey, i think i found a bugg. in the case of the upgrade weapons at awm, if you upgrade the awm to level 5 where the other weapons have the emote, the awm has the emote and a change in the skin although the change in the skin should only happen at level 6. it's called level at level 5 and you also have a change directly from the skin and therefore don't have to get the 6 level if you only want to change it from the skin. because with the other weapons that is not there on lvl5 is only the emote and no skin change. (see picture below)

radar is becoming more frequent. this allows cheating without being denounced. because we can more easily report magic bullets when we won't necessarily see that the guy is cheating with a radar. except good players who see an ultra dubious placement of the opponent. he knows exactly where you are. I believe the radar is triggered with the grenade. that's what I thought I saw. because each time the player has known where the opponent was just before he takes a grenade in his hand and moves for a while then puts his grenade away and goes straight to the opponent's cache.

- Voice of your team mates get lost during or in the begining of the match (sometimes, not always restart helps)
- When you try to join TDM sometimes u have to wait for like 5-6 minutes
- After waiting 5-6 minutes to join TDM u join in already started fight with 10-15+ points on teams.. (mostly u just lose such delayed fight)
- Game started to crash when you play more than 2-3 match
- “Player is in match for 3-4hour” u get such texts on your friends field also game doesnt update ibformation of weather player is in lobby to invite him or playing match this is bugged
- Airplane when starting classic match is bugged, dont let certain number of players jump out and in the end all players who were left on plane jump on same spot (most of players die and lose rank)
- FPS is jumping from 30-60 to 900-1200 for no reason that couse losing the game
- When u use “molotove cocktail” on off for few times it gets bugged and character starts to burn from behind - this way players can easy see u and its destroyes whole gameplay
- Cheters are growing faster day after day they are not even hiding their accounts anymore and stream videos on facebook and youtube like its notmal... seems like admin dont want to fix this problem
- When u follow mate to jump out of airplace and after opening prachyte u make unfollow, sometimes your character get stack in the air... in the end you lose time, lost of time and die since enemies drop faster and already have weapons.
- Add more drope on “hot drops” locations its impossible to fights when u dont have enough weapons or medkits on the same spot for many players
This is pretty long list of bugs that i have already long time and seems like no one is fixing them.
I guess thats big SHAME for the conpany whichs yearly revenu is $204 million... hire some more developers if u dont have resourses to fix all this stuff

When we land, it glitches and shows that we are moving non stop into the ground or somewhere further away from the actual drop location while the enemy drops and starts shooting. Hey Guys when ever a new update patch comes device starts to lag again creating framedrops in high-end devices moreover when we play tdm or arena training I don't know why wheather it's a bug or desync enemies can kill me just with 2 bullets and when I hit em back giving more damage nothing better happens and some time even if I hit an enemy reducing about half his hp it shows me no damage recorded it takes more time for me to kill enemies but they kill me instantly in every match this happens to me I thought my network is bad but no its good even I get 20-30ms I can't face an enemy something enemy take 200+ damage but still he doesn't die somehow and framedrops ruins my battle royale experience please look into this problem I'm using OnePlus 6.

There’s something weird about the pings, since I’m in the Middle East... my ping scales from 44-88 ms perfect! But some weird moments it hits 248ms, and guess what? My ping in Europe becomes 135ms( well since I’m not in Europe it should be lower) and the same thing happens to Asia, my ping in Asia becomes better and the Middle East becomes high as hell

Hello, PUBG Mobile. There is this bug happening that sometimes when i go to a match, lobby’s music is still there. Looks like not a big problem, right? But the game never loads. It says “enter match again” and whenever i do it, it never enters, no matter how many times i try. This happened many times, not only to me, but to my friend too. And we do not use the same internet connection. So today i tried to enter some matches and that happened. I once got -16 in a game that I didn’t even play in, thanks to this bug. I was fine with that. But later it happened again. When i just reached Ace 2 (4407 points) i got -41 points, thanks to this bug again. I am so upset, because that literally points i get in almost 2 days. Please fix this bug or tell me the solution.

recently pubgm dev separates the game loop server. that's why Phoenix users have to play with other emulators like LD, smart gaga , etc. For this reason, there is plenty of hackers matching with phoenix users. In fact, We can find 5-10 hackers per match. For this nowadays it has become unplayable. on the other hand, 90% o phoenix players do not use any kind of hacks. So I think it will me better If phoenix players are matching with game loop users. Else those who have low config /potato pc have to play stop this game. you guys just can't believe how many hackers I see when I play the classics. please consider this and do something for us 😦

There is a bug in room match spectator mode, actually it's not a bug but a bypass.
If we create room in global version we only have two spectator slots. But if a guy with korean version enters the same room(actually he can with Id and pass), he can see all the 10 spectator slots. So even if we lock 2 spectator slots visible in global version, the Korean version player can enter in the rest 8 slots which he can see. So this makes cheating possible in Room matches with prize pools. Can send video/screenshot for proof.

However it would be really nice a huge boost forward if you looked at leveling the playing field when it comes to lag. But when we Bangladeshi visit PUBGM on facebook, we always see PUBGM india based page. Most of the content of this page related with india, not with us.
There are thousands of player's here in Bangladesh who played PUBGM every day. So we need a dedicated page for our own.

I have a bug/glitch to report about. After updating my A50 to android 10 this started.
When my game starts, when in lobby or in any mode. The sound of sfx, master, ui and music go from high note to low. The sound isnt stable as it used to be. For example: Sometimes i cant hear my team mates because, there voices becomes too low as though its a whisper then suddenly it becomes high. This happens to me in the comms and all the in-game sounds. Sound is a very important feature in PUBGM and if it is not fixed the game is nearly un-playable. Also i deleted my game and re-installed it. Still the problem persists.
There are aslo many other bugs/glitches like the loading bug even on 100mbps internet speed.
THE HACKERS HAVE BECOME UNCONTROLLABLE, PUBGM CUT OFF THOSE PESTS PERMENANTELY. FIX THIS AND OTHER BUGS/GLITCHES ASAP.

This is a legit bug not some kind of high ping thing that pubg mobile devs can’t fix, in the jungle adventure event, if you vault onto the side of the stairs at the area where you can dance you get stuck, sometimes you can get out but sometimes your stuck forever. Suggestion: Don't make player to report player instead make a strong hack detection system which automatically detects hackers and bans them or decreases their Merit .
For example: Player XYZ is hacking or has left the game during the match so his merit will decrease with a warning and if it happens again he'll get ban for certain amount of time.
To make hacker completely hacking the game I would suggest if you ban the IMEI number of the hackers phone just like some other games i have been playing which make the game unplayeable or doesn't gets installed in his phone.

So if they change their IMEI to a random number and it gets banned, an innocent person somewhere will lose access to the game.
This was told during an interview with the security team an year ago.
The correct way would be to verify the account using a phone number like most of the PC games do.

I think they tencent should remove the bullet impact effect from the M4 glacier it is an unfair advantage in 2 different way #1 if gives you the exact spot the bullet hit making it easier to stay on your mark and #2 not everyone has this weapon and those who do have a vastly higher chance of winning a fight when you have a bullet effect that shows you were your hitting the target

Please fix the bug when your peek button gets static, to replicate this bug you need to be using 4 fingers with ads (hold) and peek (hold or tap) then first fire and keep firing then quickly hold the peek button and move it then scope in, this will make the peek button static and is really annoying!😤 @royal nebula @brittle sequoia @toxic lark

Why Nepal, Australia , New Zealand and etc. has 150 plus ping while India other countries has 40 ping? When we do Speedtest we get ping 2 ms and using dns doesn’t help. The best ping we get is 120ping in PUBG by using vpn. Officials can you all please create more severs so that other people and even professional PUBG players have a peaceful gameplay instead of complaining that their ping is high and I have seen a lot of PUBG players quiting PUBG because their ping was high.
