Any mods? Please respond. I have been messaging for the last 2 days about a bug and no one is responding even in Discord. The game is running at 15 fps or so in spawn island, TDM, Classic (When enemies are in 500m range), Sniper Training etc. It used to run fine at 40fps until day before yesterday when you guys rolled out some minor update to 0.18.12624 or something. The issue is faced by Snapdragon 835, Kirin 659 users also. Therefore it is not a performance problem. It has to do something with rendering and stuff but that's just my verdict. The game is totally unplayable. My bullets are being shot as though if it were on single tap due to the low fps. Again, it's not anything related wihh my phone's performance and stuff. I have a good ping below 80ms and a good Internet connection. It has to be something from the update. I have seen many discord users sending messages about the same problem. But none of them were addressed by any moderators. PLEASE, I am relying on Discord as PUBGM support is just useless. ATLEAST GIVE A REPLY ON WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE. THANKS.

I'm having frequent bouts of my gyroscope drifting upwards, which can only be cured temporarily by repairing (routine repair) the game. Restarting the game has no effect. Restarting the device has no effect. Aim is constantly moving slowly upwards and the device (Galaxy S8 Exynos, One UI 9.0 April Patch) gets hot and lags like crazy. Switching gyro off in settings stops the drift until it's turned back on (no permanent effect) and scope on mode pauses it until I ADS, when again I'm fighting to keep on target before I even fire.
Edit: Calibration by doing figure of 8 movements of the device does not solve the issue.

Here are few issues :

• You need to reduce the SFX or do something about the firing sounds in the cheer park.
• The frame drops is so bad that my whole squad nearly froze on spot when we rushed another squad.
• The game just keeps on going to "loading" and my character just keeps doing the same action before it froze. An example: once it froze as i was running towards the blue zone to flank an enemy and my character just straight up ran in the blue zone.
• You need to add zima, snow bike and Ronny in the players inventory.
• The kills done by skorpion dont count in pistol kills nor does they count in smg kills fix this.

AG instead of UC simply doesnt count in the RP. There is actually a free method of getting UC like Bonus challenge/reward but there is no similar method for AG. This update was simply not thought out. You just threw it in our face with too many bugs, glitches and HACKER'S.
• The repetition of outfits for premium and classic crates needs to be stopped. I watched a video before this update rolled out about using AG to ban outfits you don't want. But now the AG is the new fancy Silver currency.
  I am gonna stop here. I knew from the beging that i wont even get a bot's reply for this long post. But, i still wrote this post because i like this game and spend alot of money on it by buying your monthly subcriptions and RP since i started playing this game.

It's been over 12 seasons and the same Problems that existed in First season are still there
1- When shooting around the Corners/Trees, it shows that your Scope's reticle is not blocked/ it's on enemies head but when you shoot , every shot gets blocked.
2. When shooting from Uphill to someone who's downhill, again it shows that your Aim's not blocked but it hits the ground when you shoot.

Still facing considerable frame dropping after 14 MB update (worse IMO). Device is getting hot so probably thermal throttling which is actually tanking the performance. Playing smooth/high graphics - game recommended is balanced/high (high is max offered). Older device, Galaxy S8 Exynos. Will have S10 5G later today. If that lags I'll definitely report again. Fix your grenade logic first:

The grenade logic in this game looks funny and unrealistic you just remove the safety pin and boom..
I'm not expert but I think there are 2 steps to make a frag grenade explode: #1. Remove safety pin and #2. remove the fuse too..
Meanwhile in PUBGM for eg. I just removed only the safety pin and held it then boom. Here's what is Unlike PUBG PC (or other shooter games which has grenades you might add) PUBGM makes the grenade explode just by removing only the safety pin..

Here's what I can recommend is add a specific button to remove the fuse too or completely disable grenade explosion timer when there is only safety pin removed and held by hand...

I think in future after 0.22.0 updates u can only purchase outfits and chill in the race tracks and cheer park.
At that time the main objectives of the game will be purchasing new outfits and playing race with friends. At that time classics and tdms will come as a event.

When are you going to address the voice glitch? Ever since I can remember playing this game it has been there. Evarytime someone's game crashed (which shouldn't happen to begin with) their audio would glitch and they can't use voice chat or hear teammates. And with this last update 0.18. same thing happens and more, mid game someone's microphone randomly goes to really low volume and it might fix itself or happen again to the same person or a different teammate. It is extremely frustrating that things like this keep happening for over 4 seasons and all we see are skins skins and more skins to fill your pockets while our gaming experience is in the trash.

Here is some feedback you might pass it over to the Devs:

1. Add a option to turn off/on music while in car.
2. Allow Hacking! yes, allow... By letting them matching against each other. Endless game if all hackers playing on same server. Let the hacking have same point rewards as Arcade match = 0 points for winning...
3. Points. If i lose points by getting killed from a hacker, i should get those points back if PUBGM ban this hacker. And if this hacker played with some friend, their friend should lose their point if they have earned point when playing with this hacker...

conclusion if this function getting added.
More pro players will be detected and we will have a great e-sport community world wide... Thanks to PUBG Mobile there is a big potential for growing e-sport in countries where e-sport was not possible!
