Hi, (This is a suggestion I don't need any help regarding my account) in my personal opinion there should be an event in order to reset nicknames for long term inactive players and banned account.
Many games do that, after some years all nicknames are taken, PUBGM got ID that is unique for each account so it won't be a problem for costumer service (I think) but it give the chance for a lot of player to get the desired nickname.
A good way to do it for example is by an in game event, you have just to log in in a certain time frame in order to stay with your nicknames, if you don't log in you will receive a nickname change card and a default nicknames like ; UNKNOWN00000001 etc
So when the player log in again he can try to take back the old nickname.
Lot of famous game do that after years because people love spamming account and nicknames end quickly.

My feedback regarding the update [0.18.0]
▪︎Overall, I love the update. But there are quite some things which needs improvement.

i) There should be a toggle to turn off the HUD display on cheer park because 3+ finger users can't access the top left corner.

ii) Sound [Guns] cuts off suddenly on the middle of the match.

iii) Character gets slow on TDM and Arena. (Can't sprint)

iv) Character gets stuck between the containers of Georgopol.

v) members now [lobby] can accept requests of other players who wants to join, which is something most players are uncomfortable with.

These are the feedbacks I have on this update. I hope devs see this message ❤

Pubg needs to fix their stuff because matchmaking has been a problem for so long and it’s the most scuffed thing in the game like someone please tell me why they match aces with golds or conquerers with platinums etc like it’s really irritating for everyone but it’s ridiculous when you are trying to teach/learn the game and have some scuffed bs pro player absolutely spray you, adding on another point of this game has lost the feel of goofing off as even in beginners lobbies you still get sweated and try harded on. Like this game used to be so much fun but it’s starting to loose it touch and there needs to be some sort of border between the competitive players and the people who just come here for casual or just overall goofing off.
