This isn't a bug, but a suggestion. Right now you can't aim straight up or straight down. If, for example, you're on a roof, and someone is on the ground running towards you, they can get to an angle where you can't shoot them. I just got killed because of this. In real life you'd definitely be able to aim straight down, so this is just bad game design. Please fix asap.

Hello, I'm having a weird issue. I'm not able to play on Extreme when I have been able to play with it for 6 months on this device. A note 10+, the snapdragon version. The option is visible but when I click on it and save it, the effect doesn't come thru. It stills the ultra one, and the option is still selected. I downloaded the game 3 times, then tried different sources and nothing. The in-game support is useless so I'm trying to see what else could be done to see if it's a bug and in able to play all the alternative games as normal, and only PUBG M is having issues. Additionally, it started to happen 3 days ago all of a sudden and I also tried restarting my mobile to default and nothing worked.

There's currently a bug that prevents you from going prone. You lay down and your character stands right back up over and over, no matter if your in a building or in a field. It usually only lasts for the first part of a game, though I've had it happen in the end game once or twice as well. This is actually a pretty old bug I experienced as far back as season 3, maybe even further back as I don't have the best memory. I definitely remember it happening a long time ago though.

Just a small general feedback and bugs report:
-"Remind Me" is bugged: Once you receive a reminder request from your friends or clanmates and accept them, they will still pop up every time go back to lobby even thought those people who requested joined the lobby already (which is why I started ignoring the request)
-UMP45 is out of balance: Previously, it was pretty decent and didn't have any issues regarding its balance but after it had been nerfed from UMP9 to UMP45 I can't really say it'd prove to be of usefulness. It's just bad. I'd recommend giving it a small buff in order for it to match up with weapons like UZI, Vector, Thompson SMG, MP5K, etc.
-Zoom on map bug: It doesn't happen every time. I believe it just happens I do something specific that triggers the bug. When I open the map and zoom in on some place and intend to mark it, it doesn't work. The reason is that the device thinks I'm still trying to zoom in or out using 2 fingers when I'm just using one thumb in attempt to mark some location. This bug can be solved by tapping the screen with 2 fingers once again and you'll be able to mark the location just fine.

-Rarity of upgradable weapons: Not a huge deal but it's something I don't fully understand. How come some upgradable skins end up being legendary only when one skin becomes mythic once it's fully upgraded? I compared the amount of stuff they require to be upgraded and came to the conclusion that either "The Fool" (M416) skin should be legendary once it's fully upgraded or the other legendary skins should be mythic instead of legendary considering they are about as expensive as The Fool skin. Let's face it, there is little to no reason to why they shouldn't be mythic. They require an insanely amount of paints and materials. What else is holding them back from becoming mythic?

Materials: This is a huge problem when you want to upgrade your weapon skin. Yeah, you're happy once you finally obtain one of those upgradable skins. That's cool but upgrading such is a different story. I would suggest allowing the player base to buy materials directly from the shop just like paints. I believe some people would be willing to spend UC on materials. There are skins that require lots of materials.
-"Choose your final reward" suggestion: It's pretty common that lots of people spend free crates or UC to obtain something in particular. Sure, there are lots of rewards being offered but they often tend to want to obtain just one item in particular but don't get it in the end. I suggest a bar that's supposed to be filled by opening a specific amount of crates so once it's filled, you are given the option to pick the item you'd want. This shouldn't be a downgrade to your profit and would be fair to the customers. It's quite debatable though.
-Groza in Arena: I admit having seen the leaks; the ranked arena is going to be a thing in the near future; which is why I'm worried about it. Right now the arena is full of groza users. It has been nerfed before but it seems to be pretty powerful and overly used. I don't know if nerfing the groza or buffing other specific weapons would solve the issue but I want you to know that ranked arena isn't gonna look nice if it stays that way.

It has no range, no killing power, super low ammo and a slow reload. Buffing the damage it deals considerably would be appreciated. Hey pubg, this is an australian player who has been playing pretty passionately since season 3. I have really enjoyed this game that I've been to conquerer tier twice in season 4 and season 10, but really starting to get tired of high ping we have in australia. The best connection used to be asia server with 130ms ~180ms, which is already pretty bad but now it's gotten even worse to an average of 210ms on asia server. It's very frustrating to die in situations where I would have won if me and my opponent had the same ping, and really hope you make an oceania server for AU and NZ players.

-Late start in arena: I have been matched in matches that have begun already especially in domination mode. This needs to be fixed considering I happened to have joined matches that were about to end. Not sure if it's set this way due to small player base playing such mode but hopefully it gets changed later.
-Picking up attachments: It's a thing in the settings to set specific amounts to picking up ammos, medicines, etc. It would be cool to make a setting that allows us to choose what attachments should be picked up automatically for particular weapons. For example, I'd need 2x scope but it would bother me if my AKM got equipped with a 2x scope every time I happen to talk across that attachment. I prefer playing AKM without any scope.
-Weapon preview: I want to be able to view weapons with specific skins and attachments altogether. Just an idea.
-TPP's HUD for FPP: It is currently possible to transfer the HUD that was set for classic mode to arena mode. However, for some reason I don't seem to find any option to transfer my HUD from TPP to FPP. If this was possible, it would make things easier.
-Vehicle's health of "Zima": So far in my experience the health of Zima is far too short as it can get damaged pretty quickly compared to e.g. Dacia. It's not uncommon that Zima would blow up before we'd predict it. I believe its health needs to get extended/buffed.
-Random explosions of vehicles: It's not very common but it could happen that when driving around in a buggy or similar it would suddenly explode for no apparent reason. It's a known bug that could affect your rating badly. It may cause a huge amount of points loss. There must be a way to prevent such unnecessary losses due to bugs like this one.

@chrome wagon they used to have armory where you could preview your weapons with the skins and add attachments for looking at it but it was removed for idk why. Also in TDM, the M24 should should the damage it does in classic mode. People literally flick you with insane speed and they don’t even need to hit the head. Bolts one shotting level 2 best is definitely not the play. Also @everyone the Beryl Is an INSANEEEE weapon, mainly close range but if you have the half/angles grip I suggest trying it out, just pull down. Still love the AKM way more but the beryl is insane. And Tip: In TDMS try to always have your cross hair pointing up towards the head, if your first shots on them are headshots you have a VERYY high chance of winning them even against D-sync 👌

-Carlo with helmet bug: I'm not sure about any other helmets but Carlo's hair seems to be sticking out through "Cupid Helmet" level 3 (the helmet from the current RP season)
-"Location marked" bug: For some reason once you use aim down sight in match then switch to your secondary weapon, it starts marking locations your aim is pointed at. This bug gets solved once you close ADS so you can switch to your secondary weapon without any issues. I'm not sure if the bug occurs regularly.
-Sharpshooter mission bug: The requirements to obtain that title have been met yet the game fails to acknowledge the success and doesn't reward you the "Sharpshooter" title. There were a few attempts that resulted in no success.

This is a feedback regarding people who spectate themselves from another hacked device. So I've been thinking if maybe PUBG could enable spectator mode when a player reaches at a specific synergy point and a certain time span with the other player. I think by doing this, it will take more time and effort to enable the newly created account from the hacked device spectate the other [main] account.
Knowing location of enemies can highly guarantee chicken dinner, which in this case is unfair. I've seen a lot of players using this technique to take unfair advantage over other players.

-Carlo's bugged helmet (updated): It seems that his hair isn't sticking out through Cupid helmet lvl 3 only but some other helmets as well even in level 2 and maybe level 1 too.
-SMG's extended mag bug (arena): In my experience I've been dealing with this issue with my UMP45 and Vector. The extended mag isn't really extended. Reloading isn't solving the issue either. I've been trying to find a way to solve the bug but so far no success. I'm guessing other SMGs are bugged as well. Not sure though. I'll have to check again whether the Quick Extended Mag is bugged as well but so far my MP5K was doing just fine.
-Respawn area in domination (arena) suggestion: The respawn area is messed up in that mode. The enemies could respawn behind your back and this occurs way too often. I wish this to be changed especially considering ranked arena is gonna be a thing.
-Weapon Finishes suggestion: I would recommend their skins to take over attachments because some skins' parts disappear completely once attachments are equipped, for example M416's or Vector's stocks or extended mags for weapons in general, especially for Deadly Spade (AKM) - that skin has teeth on its mag so once a mag attachment is equipped, it disappears making the skin look stranger. I recommend the skins to cover over equipments.

Modify solo ranking system, it's a total bullshit!!! 10 kills, first place 14 points, 9 kills, 1 first place 15 points and so on, besides that there are a lot of hackers, no lifers who team up in solo, in every game! Solo is unplayable, gathering 3 wins so i can lose all points because a hacker kills me with no scoped dp from 300m. Your so called anticheat is a bad joke, your after dead report System is the worst joke, i see players who are playing for 3 seasons and using wallhack, reporting them and nothing, they are still in game! make compensation system better or upgrade your in game report and anticheat blueballs!

It was a good game until they completely focused on Making new outfits instead of focusing on the gameplay.. The game now is nearly unable to play in a good mood on mid range devices. In battles, there are always delay for about 1 second and game freezes every time while taking fight. Gun shot stop firing suddenly and when the enemy completely finish me then the lag ends. I hate the fact that how you don't optimize the game and the server.

There's a bug where for example, I've lizard m416 in Slot 1,I'm in spawn Island with Slot 2 which has Fool's M416.
I give clothes to someone and then I switch back to Slot 1 with Lizard's m416, when the game starts, I have Fool's M416 in my hands rather than Lizard which should be there practically.
Even if I change the slot during the game to Slot 3 or 4 where I've lizard m416, I'll still gonna have the Slot 2's Fool's m416.

It just promotes cheating in crew challenge when the entire crew doesn't get banned from Crew Challenge. I really hope the verification prior to the semi-finals works because the cheating is worse than ever!

So I started getting this new error today where the game gets stuck at checking updates and then says it's an internet error although my internet is fine. It seems a lot of people have had this issue but the error code in my case is different (154140716) while other people have had 154140712.

I've tried clearing data, reinstalling the game, using a VPN, but none of them have worked. Reinstalling seemed to solve the issue but while I was playing the game stopped responding. When I restarted the game, the error was back.

Everyone is saying to monitor and screening of crew challenge but pubg not even verifying players. In yesterday matches also verification was not there. It resulted so many hackers in lobby. Are y’all ever going to do anything about the hackers in CC? This is been a problem from the very beginning. Manually spectate the matches and bam them on the spot. It shouldn’t take weeks to figure out if someone is hacking when they’re shooting through the ground and killing people across the map. The only reason these people are hacking is because they want to sell their accounts with the title. Why don’t you verify the accounts before granting them the title? Surely you can take the time out of your day to do so if you truly cared about the experience of the game. That team needs to be fired, they’re obviously not doing their jobs. The fact that this has been a problem SINCE THE BEGINNING of CC, a tournament PUBGM host itself, is ridiculous. We submit evidence, we report players, we do everything you ask, yet we still see the same accounts weeks later..months later, it’s baffling at how poorly CC is ran. There has been 0 implementation of any verification of crews. Sure there’s this “crew verification” feature which means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, it’s based off of classic match games which is completely irrelevant to CC. I’ve worked in game development before, surely there’s red flags when the data of a character is changed. Accounts should be monitored actively. The least we ask is that you manually spectate the games that you host yourselves.

I am here representing the dissatisfaction of several players with PUBG Mobile for the following problems:

• Over time the game is getting very poorly optimized (main problem);
  -Has many robots in the matches;
  -Various simple features that exist on Steam's PUBG and PUBG China, are never added to PUBG Mobile Global or take forever to arrive (Erangel 2.0);
  -Last battle passes are horrible;
  -Many useless things are added as for example the graffiti;

I really like the game and I didn't want it to end like this, on my server in this case, because the game is losing strength in SA. We need new things and new content. We need something that will return the hype to PUBG Mobile, because lately I am losing the mood to play, I am feeling forced because I have been playing for over 2 years and the game is very saturated for those who have this time of gameplay. So let me explain what REALY HAPPEN.... so this guy "n4" he was driving that bike u guys see "INSIDE THE DOOR" he was trying to find a glitch and he found it 2 times in the same match, 1 in a wall and this one, so he was driving the bike and he drove inside the door, he said on he's perspective he saw him almost going to the next exit of this house but then was teleporting back and forward, then he called me to come see the glitch, and I stood there watching HOW TRASH THE GAME IS the I saw the bike smoking and I try to shoot it, and I could see "n2" guy coming but I didn't know he was walking to the bike, so I kept shooting then the bike blowed up, and "n2" died for some reason, my guess was he tryed to get in the bike, something you shouldn't do when you see a glitch like this, but so he did and he died. THATS WHAT HAPPEN. And my request is......... FIX YOUR FUCKING GAME!!!!!

-Exploitation in domination (arena): There is a bug that can be exploited in that map where you could hide inside a particular wall (literally) and shoot at enemies. I don't know how to perform this glitch but at least I know it's possible. Probably you'll have to get on top and do something to slip inside the wall or something like that (see image below). He can get out of the wall just fine by moving out normally.
-Climbing through windows in Pai Nan, Sanhok: In Pai Nan there are staircases between two buildings and you could climb through the windows up there to get inside the buildings. The issue is that you can end up getting stuck there quite often. You cannot climb through normally like you'd climb through any other ordinary windows. You get stuck there and will have to prone or whatever to get inside or out (let me know if you need images for that).

-Heater in arctic mode: I don't really like the idea of heater exposing my position or enemy's position. It doesn't make much sense either. Why is it supposed to show where the enemies are at once they start using heaters? Lighting up a fire bucket resulting in exposing one's location is fine but heaters should just work like any ordinary heaters. See image below.
-Ranked Arena in Town map: I mentioned it in my older report but I want to mention it again because we have been matched in that map quite often (like it's rare for us to play in the warehouse or ruins maps). Not sure if this is intended or not. Anyways, I wanna point out once again that the respawn area in that map isn't stable enough to provide frustration-free entertainment. I tested it with my teammates and so far in our experiences when we aren't close to the enemy's original respawn area, the enemies would respawn somewhere else and they usually are behind our backs which sucks. However, we tested to see what would happen if we stayed at the enemy's respawn straight away at the beginning after killing them. They respawn at that same place. I don't have any great idea to offer any suggestion to improve this but it would be cool if this was fixed somehow. try

Ping seems very high in NA server today in all modes, its almost unplayable. TDM is extremely bad, maybe due to the increase of players taking part in the event. I usually get around 120-170ms, its now around 260ms.

Also new bugs in TDM:
• Auto firing

• Very bad desync; players running super fast, shots hitting but not killing etc.

-Groza in Ranked Arena: Lots of people have been complaining about that weapon in particular, Groza, being too powerful. I've been reading suggestions about removing Groza from that mode and I wouldn't disagree with them. It affects the balance badly which makes sense considering it's an airdrop weapon.
-More details on result board in (ranked) arena: I mentioned it before, I believe it'd be cool if you guys added damage to the result board that displays how much damage we have done. Additionally, ranked arena is ranked so I suggest you to make our results display how many points we'd earn just like classics mode; not just kills (I'm referring to the results that can be found from profile in game).
-Ranked arena point system: It's weird actually. Very. I have been doing quite well with my teammates and been earning decent amounts of points which is all cool and fine but I have had some won matches that resulted in no points for me although I performed well and won the matches. I have no idea what exactly is intended and what is not, how the point system works, etc so it would be cool if you guys could explain that system. I played a lot of matches and am in platin league and hardly earn points no matter how well I play and how many matches I win. I get a few points only which sucks.

PLEASE FIX THE GAME. I keep dying because I can't look around. Like I literally just dragged my thumb all the way across my screen and my character didn't do ANYTHING. I'm on iPhone Xs Max. I've been noticing audio and graphical lag spikes at the same time while playing classic. Notice also that my phone starts to heat up rapidly when it occurs and it happens at the most random of moments. It could happend at the start of my first game of the day landing somewhere really quiet or 75% in a match after 4 games in a row.

This is happening to me on NA and EU servers and i'm playing on a S9+ with low settings. Support said it has to to with the amount of players due to lockdown, but my ping is constant at 20ms for EU and 100 to 150 for NA.

Smgs (uzi, mp5, thompson) have their extended mags unequipped when starting out when my p18 is in my loadout. Haven't tested it with the deagle. This makes it necessary to re-equip the mag every respawn and doesn't spawn you with an extended clip. Very annoying

My device is good 8 GB RAM, Free space 100 GB, Ping is always between 20-48 ms. I have cleared the data of the game and selected repair option also still same. Also I have tried reinstalling still not solved. Please solve the issue. I want to push rank in Arena. Please solve the issue ASAP.

A lot of times at the end of a match, when the MVP of your team is shown, their tier and elite royale pass information is incorrect. For example, in the attached screenshot, the player was on Ace 4 at the end of the match and had not bought elite royal pass.

I've recently been playing the new ranked TDM modes and it's been lots of fun until I reached like platinum tier.
Everyone has been spawn camping like crazy. They won't even leave the are even if they're naded bcz of the heking spawn protection which lasts like 5 seconds where they just rush us and kill all 4 of us and then back to spawn camping. it's really hard in the city like map with the water tower.

Please PUBG as my only request to you even if you're creating cringy updates , pls make the spawn protection be nullified just after they shoot us so we can actually shoot back

Can you PLEASE add a timer delay on the exit button on the results screen when spectating rooms?
Currently, the exit button in active immediately and it is right where the change button is to switch to different players. So, if the match ends as you are trying to switch player perspective, you exit and never see the results screen. Just add a timer to it like we see on the results screen of other types of matches.

I recently noticed a problem with not dealing any damage to some players whenever I play classic mode. My most recent game was apparent to me that there definitely was a problem after exhausting a full clip of ammo on an enemy, they did not get knocked down. I had damaged their entire team, and after dying I had checked their HP status to be found having taken no damage. Whatever bug or hack this is only applies to some players I come across, yet it has happened frequently in my games. I have no issues with my ping or connection, so I'm at a loss if I can't fight back at this game. Thank you for your time.

There should be a buff to AR spray, I'm not sure if this problem occurs with most weapons but ARs I've seen the most of this problem.

Assault rifle spray seems to be a lot more uncoordinated even at close range, ive been playing tdm and at least 3-5 feet away the spray has been insanely off, emptying a mag only half of the bullets actually hits its target instead of where the crosshairs are indicated open the body of an enemy so I think they should be buffed.

The bots RUIN the game for anyone who isn't new. I'm tired of fighting real people and then having a bot spawn right behind me, making me think I'm getting pushed, pulling my attention from the real threat. I'm ace 1 for crying out loud, I do NOT need bots. They are nothing but a hinderance. You could delete the bots and keep the same amount of players per match and it would be fine. As a pubg player I want to report a glitch/cheat which I experienced in recent times. As u know there are different types of PUBGM version available for eg. Chinese version , korean version , global version etc. and the players around the world can download them and can play through them.
Now sir i want to drag your attention on the main issue i.e in Korean version when we enter a custom room we can se 10 slots in spectator room but in global there are only 2 visible slots.
Sir in some of the unofficial tournaments that we played some players used this glitch/cheat to enter in room and spectate full match without getting noticed.
Sir I just want you to handle this issue because exploitation of this glitch increases day by day and affecting player like us who want to play in fair manner.
