You're getting bad FPS with those specs? Have you tried using 7.1? Because with those specs you SHOULD 100% be hitting 80/90 FPS.

Can you delete all gameloop-related residues and install Gameloop from www.gameloop.com? (Of course turn off the antivirus.)

This is a guide for those who wish to uninstall and do a fresh installation.

Pre-check ( finding the location of your existing installation )
to do this right click the desktop gameloop icon and choose open file location. Normally if you installed it on c drive it should be like below

C:\Program Files\txgameassistant
1 – First you need to uninstall using the gameloop uninstaller this is found normally on your startup menu

Start > Tencent > Tencent Software > Uninstall Gameloop
2 – Go to the location where gameloop was installed and delete any file there

3 – Go to follow directories and delete the tencent folder ( Note : you only have to delete emulator related files if your using wechat ) Also the <user> have to be replaced with your windows user

C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Tencent
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Tencent
4 – This is a tricky part so be careful with this. open start and run regedit.msc as administrator and navigate to the folder mentioned below and delete the entire Tencent folder

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tencent
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Tencent
5 – make sure you have deleted all the temp folders gameloop have created during its usage. normally found any drive which has more free space. But to be sure you can check all your drives and delete them.

This should completely erase your data related to gameloop and you should restart your pc and disable your anti-virus before installing with new installer ( make sure windows defender and its cloud protection is off before proceeding.

Also after installation done in a separate location please add gameloop installation directory to exclude from protection. This is to ensure that anti-cheat works perfectly and have no effect on the performance of the emulator.

I installed windows yesterday amd then install gameloop 7.1.there is no problem till morning.in the afternoon,i turned on my pc and open gameloop and click on play pubgm.When i was in lobby talking with my friend,a blue screen appeared displaying your pc ran into problem error due to aow x64 and restarted.after restart i open gameloop and i saw download pubgm instead of play pubgm.I went to directries where i had installed gameloop and saw the size of files that was around 5gb.then i click download pubgm and then new window opened and installed pubgm but no resources was download and maps etc as it was in the folder where i have installed the gameloop.after that there is no pc restart etc.i am asking whether its harm to my account as i have download the game again but it was downloaded means overwrite.sorry for weak english i know that you will understand.

I got the highest resolution I tried but this only increased the resolution of the Gameloop. There was no change in the game.

u can try using a smaller 720p monitor with higher pixel density
