@shut kiln Well, it should be fine. The speedtest results by Ookla shows the ping from the closest servers to you. And you won't get the exact same ping in the game as well as the game's servers are more farther than you.

Change your DNS settings:

Press WIN + R on your keyboard, enter ncpa.cpl and press enter.

Right-click your network adapter and select Properties.

Find Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the list and select Properties.

Choose Use the following DNS server addresses:, set Preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4, and click OK.

Restart GameLoop.

If changing your DNS settings does not solve the issues, change your Internet Explorer settings:

Press WIN + R on your keyboard, enter inetcpl.cpl and press enter.

Navigate to Connections - LAN settings.

I'm using 7.1 and I usually get this glitch where the mouse auto locks while looking and I cant aim or look around freely, it sometimes gets fixed but it mostly keeps occuring and also I can't get stable ping

@torn wedge nope. Don't spread rumors. At first pubgm is ban in China. And Chinese emulator is only for China users. And because pubgm is banned in China you can't play pubgm on that TGB. So for pubgm is only the global gameloop.

Getting gameloop beta is totally random , not everyone gonna have it . U can try reinstalling gameloop from gameloop.fun , if u are lucky u will get gameloop beta You will have to get it yourself on your own! Asking the staffs to give installers is strictly prohibited and we are not allowed to do that .

Turn off windows defender, firewall , antivirus and use a vpn connect it to Singapore/Germany.
Chinese servers are blocked by ISPs of some countries
so u have to use a VPN while installing or updating gameloop or installing games in gameloop
but dont use VPN while playing tencent games it may put your game account in danger
try using windscribe or tunnelbear or touch vpn or proton vpn or speedify and connect it to Germany or singapore (if fastest server doesnt work)

Hello chat and support. I need some serious help. About 5 months ago, when i was updated PUBGM, i got a new glitch in my emulator. My graphics started glitching seriously, exposing the vextors that the game was making(?). Since then, the game is unplayable. I tried looking for solutions on YT and Google, but nothing helped me. Also, due to this glitch, my game has started to stutter, The glitch makes my game look like im hacking, being able to walk on maps without objects, sometimes the object flicker, but the worst thing is MY ENEMIES FLICKER, so i cant even see them.
If you want, i can send some screenshots or even recordings.
My PC can definetly run the game, I have a Ryzen 9 along with a AMD RADEON 5600 XT
