Help me please.

Yeasterday i was playing at night.
My account got frozen for getting abnormalities detected. But my emulator was latest.

Then i asked help in the Gameloop facebook page. They said this is a common problem. Then I gone to sleep. Cause i was 2 hour frozen.

But today i uninstalled gameloop and installed again. Downloaded PUBG from gameloop. And when i logged in, My account got frozen for 2 months. I did nothing. Emulator is latest cause i downloaded it today from official gameloop. fun website. What can i do now

@half osprey 1. Go to Googleplay and check the "profile and privacy settings"
2. All should be ticked and allowed. See the image I have dm
3. Now close Google play and open again
4. You will see pubg in home tab "continue playing" click on play
5. It will open pubg and take you to login screen. This time you choose the login with Google play and select the account signed in. It should work.
6.if not close the emulator and do the same from step 3 once again in will work.

Greetings,

I have a strange problem that i could not understand, I cannot enter any map to play except Erangel. when i choose Sanhok or Mirimar or any other map the matchmaking time take forever. I play on Game loop emulator.my friend can enter all the maps in 1 second even who are playing on Game loop not phone. when i join anyone in the game in the lobby they become unable to enter all the maps like me. only Erangel we can enter. even if anyone invited me to lobby, they become unable to play all maps like me except Eragnel. but when I leave the lobby, they enter any map in 1 second only !! I play on Europe server and this problem only happened to me two days ago. when I enter the game by through the mobile (not the emulator) the problem is gone and I enter any map in 1 second. I contacted Gameloop support they told me I must contact you since they do not control in game matching.

Please Help.

It usually happens when your teammates use different device or different emulator. discord is suggested for VC.
Restarting the game is a possible solution too.
