We have been closely monitoring the issues with the update of the game and noticed the graphical issues are coming to users who are playing on in-game Smooth Quality. While this is not something we can solve, we have requested the game development team to attend this as fast as possible.

For those who wish to play without the graphical issues please change from smooth to a higher quality, You can also try to play in OpenGL for the time being.

Note : Alot of users did get keymapping/installing/updating issues this is due to some governments blocking Chinese servers and games. We cannot do anything about this and are deeply sorry about this.

We are aware alot of users in india are not able to access or update or install gameloop, after checking on random users its found that some internet service providers have blocked access to our servers. Hence we suggest to try using google dns or complaining to your isp into fixing this problem.

For the time being we are testing if network accelerator can solve users who are unable to get updates on keymapping and game updates via the emulator.
