This is a guide for those who wish to uninstall and do a fresh installation.
Pre-check ( finding the location of your existing installation )
to do this right click the desktop gameloop icon and choose open file location. Normally if you installed it on c drive it should be like below
C:\Program Files\txgameassistant
1 – First you need to uninstall using the gameloop uninstaller this is found normally on your startup menu
Start > Tencent > Tencent Software > Uninstall Gameloop
2 – Go to the location where gameloop was installed and delete any file there
3 – Go to follow directories and delete the tencent folder ( Note : you only have to delete emulator related files if your using wechat ) Also the <user> have to be replaced with your windows user
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Tencent
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Tencent
4 – This is a tricky part so becareful with this. open start and run regedit.msc as administrator and navigate to the folder mentioned below and delete the entire Tencent folder

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Tencent
5 – make sure you have deleted all the temp folders gameloop have created during its usage. normally found any drive which has more free space. But to be sure you can check all your drives and delete them.

This should completely erase your data related to gameloop and you should restart your pc and disable your anti-virus before installing with new installer ( make sure windows defender and its cloud protection is off before proceeding.
Also after installation please add gameloop installation directory to exclude from protection. This is to ensure that anti-cheat works perfectly and have no effect on the performance of the emulator.

@bitter hawk at first your teleport thingy is not because of your cpu....its because of your internets packet loss
and second your cpu goes to 100 % means your cpu is weak ....so u should use lower settings

opengl is fast renderer .....and it is strictly an graphics API ....it only processes graphics...so it may give u better fps if u have weak cpu....where directx is an alrounder and precise api...it can render graphics ..audio even network precisely .....but it may costs u higher cpu usage and lack of compatibility ........and also most of the consoles use opengl @thorny matrix

-1. Right click: Internet(Wifi/Cable), press: “open the internet and reset”.
-2. Press “Change the network adapter”.
-3. Choose the internet you used and right click it. Press the attribute.
-4. Below the internet option, find TCp/IPV4, press attribute
-5. Under the general page, choose the DNS service address, input 8888 and 8844, press confirm, refresh the internet and open GameLoop again.

And next "phoenix gives more performance" ..phoenix is an OS not an emulator so u cant compare it with others ....and also it has 0 security and 0 anti-cheat system
Even smart gaga has their anti-cheat system ( which turns out to be useless anyway)
And last "should merge phoenixOS with Gameloop" ....unlike most of the other games pubgm doesnt listen to the players choices (which turns out to be good for the game)....and it has its own official emulator
