Below are my pc specs, I play on emulator, and currently experiencing lag spikes/stuttering within game, never had it before, + my game detects medium auto graphics, although my pc specs are potent to run the game fluidly at 2k resolution with zero issues. Anyone knows a possible cause for this problem? I’ve tried everything and every high/low settings, nothing helps.

@unique steeple I'd suggest updating drivers, particularly the chipset driver. To update the chipset driver, amd website > drivers and support > chipsets > socket am4 > x470. Beyond that, I'd have to say that you're in uncharted waters, you'll have to do some trial and error.

You can also ask on the gameloop discord server, where you have a better chance of getting a reply from one of the gameloop developers. On the gameloop website, clicking "forum" will invite you to the discord server.

Unfortunately, for the error your best bet would be to do as I suggested in my last message in this channel. Unfortunately, we don't have emulator developers on here, so we can't help with that. The string of characters looks like a unique id of the actual error report, which means that you will need to contact one of the gameloop developers directly. As for settings... It will help to see what your current settings are, both emulator and ingame.

The only things I can think of suggesting are smooth instead of auto and dx+ instead of smart mode. Though, for the latter, I suggest trying each of the 4 options and seeing which one is the best for you. It's kind of hard to predict which one will work the best.

Unfortunately, your cpu doesn't meet the minimum requirements of the emulator, so you will have a lower fps. This will be true with any laptop, sadly.

The gameloop emulator has a minimum requirement of an i3-8100, 4c/4t @ 3.6ghz

The thing is, those games are written for x86 cpus, while pubgm is written for arm cpus. The two instruction sets are not compatible. In order to run arm code on a x86 cpu, or vice versa, the cpu has to translate the instructions in real time before executing them. And your cpu is a x86 cpu.

To install the game in another PC, download gameloop, install the engines. it will need 200-300mB or less i think.
Then when the game starts to download, pause it; copy paste the whole Temp folder to the same location of another PC; resume it. Then you can avoid the game being downloaded again.

Depends on emulator. We can't predict frame rate from specs, even if we knew which emulator you have in mind. That said... If you plan on using gameloop, it doesn't tend to run all that well on laptops. That's because even the highest end laptop has a cpu that is clocked significantly lower than the minimum cpu required by gameloop, to play pubgm. This is out of necessity: laptops have next to no space for a decent heatsink and they have to be able to run for a while off of the battery. The faster a cpu's clock is, the more power it consumes and the hotter it runs.

With premium range laptops, that costs more than 1000$ , you can expect good enough performance.

It will probably be about console quality on your laptop. No point in comparing pubg mobile (via emulator) to other versions of pubg or other pc games. There's a fundamental difference. Other pc games are written to run on x86 cpus (which is the type of cpu that your laptop has), while pubg mobile is written to run on arm cpus(which is the type of cpu in the vast majority of tablets and smartphones). In order for a x86 cpu to run arm code (or vice versa), it has to translate it in real-time, which takes up processing time and power.

All things considered, it's pretty amazing that they are able to port a x86 game to arm, then make it possible to run the product(via emulator) back on x86 with such minimal(relatively) performance degradation. Most other games like this that are put through this are reduced to a slideshow.

I do not really think that there's a correlation between the ping and fps, unless your internet is really bad and the textures are suddenly rendered leading your game/device to chop for a bit.

I doubt that this is how it works either. My internet is sometimes unstable yet my frames are just fine.

Sorry, but I'm having a hard time believing your claim about that pc running pubgm well via gameloop. In any case, the gameloop emulator is not designed with decade old pcs in mind. It is meant for pcs that are not older than 3-5 years. I am not part of the development team for gameloop and I have no authority to direct where and how they focus their efforts, so telling me to make it work on old pcs will not help. I know it sounds unhelpful, but you have only 4 options here:

1. play on mobile
2. upgrade your pc
3. just try to play on your current pc and accept the subpar performance
4. don't play at all

I know, they're not pleasant options, but there's little that we can do to help you with such old hardware.

This is because the gameloop isn't optimised

You can see that after some matches you are facing little to no stuttering, that is because the data has been stored into the VRAM and can be drawn immediately without reading it again from the HDD

Having the game on an SSD dramatically reduces this stuttering

And M.2 NVMe finishes it forever

Many players use swear words when they are disappointed with something in-game. If the filters were enabled for that channel, such messages would automatically be deleted and they would need to wait for six hours before sending a new message. These filters do not apply to staff members in any channels. They are still not supposed to make use of this "advantage": they are supposed to set an example for others to follow.

That does not make you allowed to circumvent inappropriate language filters in channels that have these enabled, @real lance. You may be muted next time.

You can’t measure your ping according to Google’s ..etc. Ping between the ISP and google/facebook are separate connections different from yours. In order to measure your real ping, try pinging on some close non famous server in India. Then you can indicate where’s the problem. Between which connection. You and the router, the router and the supplier near your house, or between the supplier and the ISP.

Yeah, you're missing the fact that available + used ≈ 8 gb. Available here is used to mean "unused", not "total".

As far as settings... Resolution, graphics detail, etc on the lowest settings, processor and memory on auto, rendering optimization and dedicated gpu on. For render cache settings, depends what storage medium the game is installed on(ssd or hdd). For api, you'll have to try each and see which works best for you. Sorry to tell you this, but your cpu is far below the minimum requirement. Even with the lowest settings, you're unlikely to have a very good frame rate, unfortunately.

For reference, the minimum requirements for gameloop(if you intend to use it for pubg mobile):

• Operating System: Windows 7 (64-bit)

• Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-8100
• Memory: 4 GB RAM (6 GB virtual RAM)
• Graphics: Direct X 11.0+ supported (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 recommended)
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Storage: 2 GB available storage

Unfortunately, your i3-3220 is nowhere near the equal of the i3-8100.

As I've mentioned before, it's because mobile cpus and pc cpus have a fundamental difference. So, in order to play games made for one on the other, you have to either spend millions on rewriting and recompiling the code(this is known as porting) or translate the machine instructions in real-time(aka emulate. This is the cpu's job). As pubg mobile is a port of a pc game in the first place...

Because it's a laptop. Laptop cpus, even at the highest end, just aren't nearly as fast as the slowest desktop cpu from a few generations ago. The issue is the form factor. The faster a cpu is, the more power it uses(which shortens the battery life) and the more heat it generates(and there's not enough space in the laptop chassis for a proper cooling solution). Sorry, there's nothing much you can do about it, other than buy a desktop pc.

Well, yes and no. It depends. If you can put up with lower frame rates, it is unlikely that the cpu will run unusually hot. As long as the cpu is allowed to keep itself to the temperature that it considers safe, the laptop will not be ruined. If you try to force the cpu to run too fast, yes, you will probably damage the laptop.

You could do some diy magic and strap a small size room fan on the bottom of the laptop and only play with the laptop and the fan plugged in. Should be able to push the cpu a little bit faster then. But I would not recommend doing that. If you mess it up, you will probably damage the laptop and the fan.

Look OK to me. What's also important is the ingame settings. Should be smooth/extreme. But, if your laptop starts getting uncomfortably hot, should use something lower than extreme.

This isn't even getting into the mess that's the United States of America, where you will need to convince all 50 states to join the program, one at a time. That's right, outside of passports, there's no national government ID in the United States.

Also, try clearing cache, it may fix the issue
