then delete the temp folder
then go to the registry, then look for a folder named "Tencent" then delete it

and keep an eye on the internet, game only consumes around 20~30KBPS in the match, if it goes above 100KBPS then it means that something is being downloaded

Report function has never been a "click here to instantly ban" function. Instead, it flags the player for review. No way to tell you how long review will take. Considering the total player pool of the game, the number of people who are flagged for review is vast. It will take time for the support team to get through all of the reports.

The bot only mutes in the support channels. Channels such as #pubg-mobile, #emulator-chat, and #chat are ok. That said... Dm-ing an available staff member is a better way. No guarantees that your idea will be implemented, we're not part of Tencent(except the people in yellow. They're Community Managers from Tencent) and we don't have access to player data or the game development files, but it is the best way to send suggestions.

Well not sure what's causing this,
but often times aiming down the sights significantly decreases the sensitivity lower than it should be when compared to the settings, because of this, it's really hard to control weapon recoil, even guns like the vector have a crap load of vert recoil.
I also feel as if there's noticable input lag in the game

<the last point may just be due to the animations catching up, but it's still an issue for a competitive game like PUBG>

Go to the training mode, then measure using a scale, how many centimeters you had to move your mouse to do a 180% turn
then adjust your sens in emu so that it takes the same amount of distant you moved your mouse to do a 180 degree.
then divide the sensitivity of your pc with the new mobile sens, then multiply that with let's say your red dot sens on pc
and now you have the red dot sens for mobile. Repeat that with other sensitivity.
Just divide and then multiply
<you could measure 360 degrees if you want to>

Here's an example:
On PUBG pc, I use general sensitivity of 20 and on mobile I use a general of 12
if I divide those, we get 12/20 so we get 0.6
Now let's take some other sensitivity,
let's say on pc I use a 6x sens of 4, if I multiply 4 with 0.6 then I get the sens for mobile which is 2.4 or about 2%

now if I use 6% sens for 4x on pc, then I'd multiply 6 with 0.6 then I'd get maybe 3.6 so that means I can use a sensitivity of 4 for PUBGM

After last PUBG, I have lost stereo sound from my wireless headphones (Arctic7). These were selected as default devices in settings and are default on the computer before the updates.
To try and fix the problem I selected a different driver to use ear buds, restarted then re-selected the Arctic7 and restarted. No Change.
I have stereo sound on the ear buds but not through the Arctic7 headphones.
Really annoying in crowds when you cannot tell which way the enemy is coming from (and minimap is useless showing footprints)

The game'd most likely smooth out as you play.
If you play Erangel more often then erangel will feel smoother

Emulator is updated and I will try. It always seems to lose stereo after updates; I think after the emulator (gameloop) update. Will see if it is working again.
PS repairs are a huge PITA as the entire game is reinstalled. Might as well reinstall the whole game. Wish repair was better.

is this problem recognized or can we fix it ?

what you are describing is known as input lag. there are 4 things that can cause it: insufficiently specced monitor, insufficiently specced computer, insufficiently specced mouse/keyboard, or network connection that has too high ping or too low speed. most of these, the developers can't help with(other than to send you new hardware, but we all know no developer will do that out of the blue)
