Turn on these settings:
Render Cache
Enforce Global Render Cache
Prioritize Dedicated GPU
Rendering optimizations

Set Ram to 8gb, <4gb if the 8gb option is missing >
Set core to 4 cores
Set Resolution to anything you prefer
Lower Resolution means higher FPS but Blurrier Display quality
The DPI option doesn't matter when it comes to the games
Then Go to the Nvidia Control Panel:
And turn on Threaded optimization
Set Open GL rendering to ALL
and the Maximum prerendered frames to 1

Okay then in windows, search for
"Add or Remove Program"
and there look for all the microsoft Visual C++ files
then click on them
and then hit modify
then click repair, do it for all the visual c++ files
then restart your computer

Check your layout in in-game settings, I guess the appropriate layout is 2nd layout, you can match it by staying in the customisation screen and then opening the keymapping and checking that they are overlapping each other or not

To get the best results select the dpi according to resolution
1024x576 = 120 DPI
1280x720 = 160 DPI
1366x768 = 240 DPI
