We do not recommend using another emulator besides Gameloop and therefore we couldn't provide the support related to them. so I dug up some info about the installation problem,
what you can do is first uninstall PUBGM, then delete the folder named TEMP,
then restart the download and close the emulator using the task manager "Ctrl Shift Esc" then extract and paste the file and open the emulator again
