3 other people are facing the same issue from same region,
All of them are using WiFi,

The problem isn't your router, but internet source. I would recommend calling your Internet service provider and ask them if there's something abnormal going on, or if there was any change on the internet. They know it the best.

it is sorta temporary for now, untill i find out what is firewall blocking.

Hmm, set directx+, your GPU is newer that's why, they support directx+ nicely, tick enforce global render cache and render cache along with rendering optimization, untick prioritize dedicated GPU because 1600 doesn't have one, set RAM to 4GB and processor to smart mode, resolution is up to you, the lower the resolution the better the performance but I think you can get good performance with that processor, best DPI settings is depend upon the resolution, checked pinned messages for DPI settings, make it smooth or balanced or whatever but don't go for auto, also turn off anti aliasing @ripe crescent

@manic lintel go to in game settings>controls>customize then press F11 to get out of full screen and click on keymapping, now, you will see a big bar like keymapping on the gun layouts, delete it>save and check it in training room
