PhonexOS is an operating system like Windows 10, 8, MacOS etc.

Its not like emulator

don't use gfx tool. for any platform. it messes with the game's files. additionally, getting stuff into tgb that is not in the game center is a big no-no too.

i get that you want better fps, but this game is death on any tinkering with the game itself

tgb does have relatively high minimum requirements. and there's the fact that you're emulating in the first place, rather than running the code directly on the cpu

and a dx 11 capable gpu

and there's the fact that you're emulating the first place.

so comparisons with games like gta 5 and pubg steam are moot.

those run directly on the cpu, while pubg mobile has to have its code translated into something that the cpu can run first

this translation phase adds to the cpu demands

at the very least you need 8th gen i3 or 1st gen ryzen 5 or later for your cpu. older stuff just won't cut it, unless it's an i7. even then, if it's sufficiently old, it might still not be enough.

don't just look at i7 and immediately think, "it's the most amazing, i don't need to upgrade, ever". that's nowhere near the truth

the i3 8100 is within 10% of the performance of 6th gen i7s and older, and it's basically tied with the i7-4770k in performance.

OK... Try this: make sure that fast startup is disabled. After you make sure of that, shut down the pc, wait a bit, then turn it back on. After it's on, right click on the installer, click run as administrator, click yes, then try to go through the install process.

Why, I can't say. What is causing it, that I can tell you. There's a process that doesn't show up in Task Manager, "aow_exe.exe". This is normally created when you run the emulator and normally exits when you close it. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't exit properly. If you try to run the emulator while it's stuck in memory, you get that error. Only ways of clearing it are either restarting the pc so that the ram is flushed, or using a third party alternative to the Task Manager(a popular one is process hacker) to kill it.

Yes, a restart of the pc will help too. Like ken said, the offending process is "aow_exe.exe". When you restart, your ram is flushed, which exits that process. However, restarts take time, especially on older hardware. If restart isn't an option, use the suggested program to kill the offending process.

There is an anti cheat system in the game to prevent such cheats.
