uninstall the TGB from Control Panel > Uninstall Programs , Then download from official site the emulator thing, then open the TGB thingy, let it download the engine and when it starts to download game, stop it and then goto <dir where you installed it>/txgameassistant and copy the AOW_Rootfs (without deleting original) and don't replace the same files. Then Goto <dir of game>/ui and open AndroidEmulator.exe and you'll see PUBG Mobile icon click on it and game will start

The main folder is txgameassistant which I see that it is already is in C drive

Tgb decides the temp folder drive on its own, we do not know under what circumstances it chooses different drives

I meant like some emulators can have fixed 60 FPS. In TGB it fluctuates 47-58 even If we have best CPU and GPU

And Chinese PUBG Mobile has good graphics and higher FPS. I don't know why isn't it same in Global version

best cpu, maybe. that will change in a few days, but for now it is the best amd cpu. but best gpu? not even close. the rtx 2080 ti is the best, without entering ridiculous territory

The main problem with the lag is the "New Outfits". When we render a whole squad with good outfits, it lags the hell out of the game. It happens mostly with streamers.

My GPU or CPU dosent go more then 35%. I don't know what better should I get. Most top rated games are working smooth. I think the main reason is PUBG was made for mobile and not for emulator. The base core is for mobile phones only

probably because they aren't in your cache yet. it is a problem that will be with us for a while, as long as the game is expected to be always fresh

and the fluctuation of fps is also something that can't be helped. the other emulators are just good at hiding it behind an apparent constant 60 fps. it's just how modern games work. depending on quality settings and changing amounts of stuff to render, the fps will fluctuate most of the time.

and yes, having to emulate is making the task harder on your cpu, which lowers the fps.

Phoenix OS isn't really an emulator but an entire android operating system running on your PC. It's not official so it's not really recommended as the sensitive anti cheat of the game might get you banned. Many people prefer using it since it gives you significantly better fps, even on low end PCs compared to any emulator.

just execute the EXE file and it'll restart your PC and just like any other installer, it will start installing on your hard disk.
