Windows+enter is the default key for going to fullscreen in any windows application
<even tho tgb and chrome uses f11>
so that might put your game into true fullscreen preventing your mouse from hovering in the background and opening the taskbar and such

after opening the game, if it says "TURBO AOW engine" on the top then you're okay
but if it says "Standard Engine" then you might face low performance and may lead to ban
so if it works on multi window with the turbo engine then you're fine

As I said, you do not need to redownload the emulator to get the chinese version
just change the language from the settings, and then restart the emulator,
it'd give you the chinese version after that

Sometimes due to a lack of players/ any other reason, you get matched the Indonesian lobby

Ping also depends on the stability of your internet

A data connection is not as stable as wifi

#

In a data connection, you won't get ping which is below 90, but in wifi(if your IP is stable) you can also get 20 - 40ms which I get(not to brag)

There are some ways to always get matched in the Indian lobby

First and foremost is to play tpp as there are not many fpp players in indian lobby

#

So Indian fpp players often get transported to the Indonesian lobby

Secondly, while matching set a time limit of 45 seconds

I've faced 2 major issues which is probably yet to be patched in lite
one is that reducing texture quality also makes the reticle in 3x-8x scopes blurry

which is most of the time happens because of vpns or other apps taking up bandwidth
the best thing I can do is tell you to wait it out
it lasts 1 day max
or you can contact the customer support
but I think you'll get unbanned even before they respond

then go to task manager by pressing ctrl shift esc
then right click on tgb
then click on go to details
then look for "AndroidEmulator.exe"
and then right click on it and click "Select priority"
it's set to normal by default, you can try "Below normal" or "Low"
and you're done
remember, higher priority would give you better performance but has a higher chance of crashing

The best thing you can do is contact in-game support since they are the best way to get unbanned
also I recommend you to use Tencent Gaming Buddy if you're not using that an using other third party softwares

Now in that folder there should be another folder named UI and inside that should be a folder named "Shader Cache"
and inside that folder should be about a lot of files <backup those files first>
and then
delete those
and play for a while
like play 5 or 6 matches on war mode
, the performance won't be that desirable at first but might smooth out as you play
then if it doesn't smooth out then you can tick those two settings

@dim mica for lean you can go to settings and enable "Peek and fire"
also for using ctrl to crouch try this
Open the key layout by pressing the keyboard icon on the right and then then look for the bind that has the ctrl key in use
change it to whatever you want by clicking on it
and look for the layout with the c key and change it to ctrl

For the past days I've been monitoring the support channels and everytime I see someone with the same problem. I guess it's pretty safe to say that it's not our issue but rather PUBG Mobile, TGB Emulator or the Anti-Cheat system.

However I'm kinda disappointed that there's no direct way to contact the developers or the team responsible for a situation like this to help us out.

I never said I was a community manager. The community managers are the guys in yellow. Every other staff member on this discord server is not employed by Tencent, we're here to look after the Discord server. It is not unwillingness on our part to help. It's a complete inability. We've been over this, repeatedly: all you can do is file a claim. Maybe you're innocent, maybe you're not. The fact of the matter is, everyone will claim they're innocent, and there's no way to tell, short of checking their account data. This in itself takes time, even if there were just a couple of cases to check. Have you any idea how mind-boggling the amount of data each player generates is? Manually checking that will take hours at best, weeks at worst. Now multiply that by a few thousand per day.

When it comes to bans, it's not really innocent until proven guilty. It's actually the other way around. Keep in mind that the US Constitution, the US Bill of Rights, and other government protections from other governments, with regard to due process and "guaranteed freedoms" don't apply to private companies. And Tencent is a private company. The only protection that applies is anti discrimination, which they certainly aren't doing.
