I personally wouldn't advise buying a laptop for this. The cpu will still be under spec. If you can get a laptop with an i7 8750h, you will just barely be meeting(or exceeding) the minimum spec. But for the money you will spend on it, you can build a pc with a ryzen 7 3700x, a rtx 2060, and 16 gb ram or better.
(well, maybe ryzen 5 3600/3600x and a gtx 1660/ti, but still.)

@gaunt remnant That is actually 7 year old processor. So it's normal to feel a bit choppy or screen freeze. Go to TGB settings and lower your screen resolution. Then go to game settings and set graphics all the way to low, hope it will help.

Depends on how much you're willing to spend. The absolute best 4th gen processor is the i7 4790k...but you need a fairly high end motherboard, which I doubt you have if you're currently using an old pentium.
The 4790k is about 10% faster than the minimum requirement
So you will have an acceptable experience... But for the price of an i7 4790k, you can afford to get an i3 8100, a new motherboard, and new ram. That's just for the price of the processor itself. If you factor in the price of an overclocking motherboard for it too...
Frankly, I'd recommend getting a ryzen 3 2200g. Yes, you will need a new motherboard and ram, but the total cost of the upgrade will still be less than what it would cost you to get an i7 4790k or an i3 8100, an Intel motherboard, and new ram.
And the ryzen 3 2200g is just a hair slower than i3 8100. Basically, the difference between the two is within the margin of error(the i3 8100 is only 3% faster than the ryzen 3 2200g)
Even better, getting in on the ryzen 3 2200g means that you will have upgrade options down the line to some really powerful cpus.

You have to do it on the same server and mode as the one where you are platinum or higher. For example, if you have Plat 5, gold 1, and gold 1 for solo, duo, and squad on the North American server, you have to try to accomplish it in solo on North America. Also, which weapons did you use to attempt it, in each attempt? @chilly osprey

Another potential issue occurred to me, idk if that explains it: were any of the kills from the same team? I'm not sure how the game counts it if you knock 3 people, then kill the 4th.

It's a 3rd party alternative to the task manager. There are some processes that don't show up in task manager: process hacker can see and terminate them
Aow_exe.exe is one such process, and the root cause of your issue

why is emulator slower than b4?
b4 i could have played HDR, Extreme fps and get a really gd amt of fps like 30 or so and now it's like 21 and if im lucky 35 but then it will lag spike for far too long
so i had to put it all the way to zero graphics .-. which is no fun!
and ik it isnt my computer bcz it had played some other games with some high graphics and good enough fps and no lag
