3 days ago I was in a match in PUBGM and a notification pops up saying "Data has been changed and you have been disconnected" Upon trying to reconnect it displays my account has been banned for 3650 days. I am innocent and havent used any violating third party softwares. I was on Tencent Gaming Buddy Emulator thats all. I had spent a lot on the game and thus I am very tensed kindly take my case into consideration and help me get my account back and oblige me.

they will either respond eventually or unban you without responding for some reason
for now just do what the bot asks you to do

None of the Tencent employees who have the power to make changes to tgb are on this server. Furthermore, most of the staff of this server don't work for Tencent and are volunteers chosen from the community.

Personally, I don't have a solution for you. The advice that community members have given you so far is good. I myself don't have anything else I can add, which is why I had not addressed you until now.

There's two things that I can think of, which would be the primary determining factors in how long it takes to load: your network connection and the type of storage on which tgb is installed.

whenever I play TTP it just lags a lot.
And when I play First person it lags a little.

I found this preset online which is great for footsteps but is awful when you're trying to listen to music

I switch my preset every time I close my game
I use my custom preset when I open any game
then switch to a different one when I close my game
you can leave it on your custom preset if you don't care about other stuff besides gaming

Footsteps is just my custom made settings
what I recommend you to do is you first open the game and then go to the training
then keep firing a gun and after firing, change the settings by moving the sliders,
if the gun sound lowers then lower it even more but not too much

then always make sure to keep your center of the screen is always at where you expect the enemy to come out of

some people actually try to aim with the sights first and then shoot, but what I recommend is trying to shoot and aim at the same time
kind of like quickscoping

the thing you have to understand about hackers is that they spend their time finding ways to circumvent security measures. it's a game to them, and they play to win. each time the anti cheat is updated, to them it's "next level unlocked, time to beat it". the devs do try. but whatever ways they try to combat hackers, up to and including bans, are only temporary to the hackers. the hackers literally have nothing better to do, but try to get back in despite any bans.

well...there's some hardware limitations that are contributing to your loading time issues(cpu is below minimum spec, game is installed on hdd), but i'm not sure that they explain the whole story. we can't take a look at the game's servers for you, we're not with tencent and we're not developers. you can maybe try fiddling with the settings, see if that helps. sorry, you're the first person i've seen with such loading time issues

that would certainly contribute to your issues, yes. slow hdds + old cpu = some pretty long loading times. but i'm not really sure if that explains all of it. ideally, you'd be able to upgrade to something with a sata iii ssd and modern hardware, but i understand why that might not be an option just yet.

Theres a bug with TGB for me which idk is common but happens everytime. Tried many fixes. After the game installs and starts up, i get the windoes 10 blue screen everytime.

Idk if its a software issue or has to do with my computer. What i do know is theres apparently a software issue thats not allowing me to turn on my anti virus. This ive tried to fix with regedistry but I camt seem to go into my defender settings.

I dont get an error code because it boots me into the blue screen of death and then restarts automatically. Theres no error, it starts, downloads and goes to the blue screen.

So my drivers were yet again up to date but there turned out to be a windows update pending so im installing that right now. Hoprfully this fixes the issue but if not then its gotta be an issue witgin the software of windows 10.

as the results came out quite differently each time I tried, well on my cousin's pc he got banned just as he scanned his tgb folder with Windows defender but didn't face the problem with 3rd party ones like Malwarebytes but for me I didn't get banned on any first party or or third party anti virus so I can't give you a clear answer

Some anti viruses often tend to delete certain files which they think is potentially harmful or any services
as more recently many people complained that their anti virus flagged the "QMEmulatorservice" to be potentially harmful even tho it was a part of the anti virus

@peak swift When playing on an emulator, you are not likely to be matchmaked against mobile players if at least one of your team mate is using an emulator, there's a rare chance that they are put into a mobile lobby which is considered a bug in the matchmaking algorythm
and in that case, we can't do shet
