the problem is : the Main TGB Launcher says "new version detected" and there is update now button
if he hit the update the update complete , after that
ingame starting pubg thing , its say there is update

@polar falcon The thing is most of the news I got about upcoming updates would be directly related to the chinese tgb forums
but now for some reasons, I can't translate whatever it is on their website and the devs of the global versions are so secretive that even the TGB staff aren't sure of upcoming updates so don't know if they are working on the scrolling issue

@peak swift He's asking your pc specs to make sure you're using the correct settings and that it matches up with the emulator settings
The "lowest setting" in emulator doesn't mean it'd give you extra performance, it could be the opposite
if your settings are too "unoptimal" with your specs, then it'd mean you might be either not allowing your pc to use more performance than it should be able to or just forcing it to do better than it can't do

That cpu you mentioned might be of an i7 870 according to google
it's quite old but looks capable with quad core
try the following settings

#

Turn off these:
"Render Cache" and "Enforce Global Render Cache" <not sure about these yet but seemed to give more performance on many pc when turned off>
Turn on these:
"Prioritize Dedicated GPU" since you have a gpu and "Rendering Optimizations"
Set these settings:
Processor: 4 cores
Ram: 4gb
Resolution: Depends on how much performance and quality you are trying to achieve as they are inversely proportional meaning higher resolution would mean lower framerate and the opposite for lower resolutions

About the API
since this is an older GPU I suggest using something in the variants of Direct X or Open GL +
other settings might work better <you can always try it out yourself>

@civic void My knowledge about it is still incomplete,
so basically when you encounter a new object, you lose frames and the emulator writes down the data of the new object so that you don't lose frames later on
But usually the render cache settings are supposed to save the data so you don't lose frames lowering cpu usage but using a higher disk usage as it has to read the date
but from what it looks like, the emulator asks for a crap ton of disk speed which causes unstable frame rate.
Now if you turn it on, the cpu tend to take the load better than your disk so there are less frame drops

Depends on how demanding the object loading is
I recommend turning it on if you have an ssd or a really fast ssd
as the cpu is used by other processes during gameplay but the disk isn't used that much unless for some situations like moving files

weird why it isn't showing
try this
change your emulator language to chinese then launch it and install pubgm
then change the emulator language back to english then kill the emulator process in the task manager
then launch the emulator again

Then you gotta try reinstalling the game again
"not the emulator"
change the language to chinese again
then on the installed game home screen, click on the arrow next to the icon
then click on uninstall <will be in chinese but most likelu gonna be one option>
