I tried it myself and this is what I noticed
The gpu renders the game at 2k but for some reason it downscales the image to 2k

If you have set your TGB resolution to 1080p then set the keymapping to smart 1080p

Set their to 720p smart or 2k smart whichever your resolution is respect to the keymapping

also use 2gb of ram for your pc also according to ark intel your processor has 2 cores so set it to 2

I highly recommend leaving ram setting in tgb on auto, particularly if you have very little ram. If you set it too low, the emulator will be forced to offload data to your virtual memory. Virtual memory, being stored on the hdd/ssd, has much slower access times than ram. Naturally, if your processor is sitting around waiting for data, this will negatively impact your fps. The same thing will happen if you set the ram setting too high. In that case, you will run out of ram pretty quickly, which will force the os to siphon off the extra data to the virtual memory. I'm sure I don't have to repeat why that's not a good thing.

That said, even though windows will always use some virtual memory, you can still improve game performance by increasing the amount of actual ram that the game can be given access to. If buying more ram is not an option for whatever reason, identifying and closing down bloatware services is another option. To increase the available ram you can either put more into the system, or use less of the ram you currently have.

Also, consider getting a 120+gb ssd for your system, if you are using a hdd currently. Even though ram is much faster than even the fastest ssds, you will still notice some improvement by switching the page file to a ssd, from a hdd.

i turned off shader cache because my fps was going a bit low

it wasnt constant

My theory is that the shader cache read speed is heavily depended on the speed of your drive
that means the performance might be significantly better if the game is located in an SSD than in an HDD if they have the
render cache settings enabled
