@nova niche tgb is using correct amount of gpu. see, emulators are cpu hungry thats why tend to use more of cpu than gpu. however, you can try increasing priority of emulator processes in task manager and see if it works.

This mostly happens due to your PC getting too hot, there is an issue with CPU usage, they’re supposedly looking into this issue, patch will hopefully come out soon. @south citrus
