but I don't think the emulator would run since it doesn't let you run any game if you don't have at least 3 gb of ram

I set my caps lock button for chat and used the X button in place of the "Enemies Ahead" command
with that I got Caps Lock+X to be my Enemies Ahead bind

If you click and drag on the layout screen you can set one Key to be used for that Enemies Ahead command

Like first when using the layout options
just click a random point on the screen and drag it
in this case

as far as I've seen the positions of these keys are normal at 720p, slightly misplaced at 1080p and kind of like your situation in 2k

the more you face an object the less stuttery it'd get when you face it next time
Face more enemies,
this is what I do after I update my game
play about 5 hours of war mode as you face more enemies there

You always got the option to play on one mode
you can't change peoples preference
if they remove a game mode which is still played by some players if not the majority
then it'd upset the minority
and that minority may be 30% of the players which still adds up to millions in this case

There aren't actually many emulator users in the North and South American region if you compare them to Europe and Asia
so that should also be taken into account

@polar falcon Every time you encounter a new surface <let's say a shiny grass texture> your emulator would basically freeze or stutter for a sec as it tries to memorize or analyze that surface, so that it doesn't stutter later, these data are usually lost when you close the emulator
but what disk shader cache does is after the surface is analyzed <stuttering and stuff>, it saves it to a file most likely a .bin file
so when you open the emulator for the next time
it doesn't have to analyze the data all over again
