I think I figured it out

#

I didn't have "more games" checked in the settings

#

once I checked that setting and restarted THEN I got offered the installer

#

that does seem to be it - if you uncheck "more games" the google play installer disappears from the game list in the launcher

Idk i am still unable to play from TGB so I am playing from AndroidEmulator.exe so I can't install google play installer . But need to try from TGB icon from desktop if I have option to install google installer or not.

had another guy with same problem. I helped him sideload the APK (didn't use AOW_Rootfs from Phil) but it never worked 100%

no you can sideload from pubgmobile.com inside the emulator browser

I did a comparison on the contents of the APK file and it seemed identical to the version installed by the emulator

#

but they are quite slow to update pubgmobile.com to the latest version

at least it is an official source for the APK if people need it

@calm charm I don't see what the CPU has got to do with how much RAM you need. How much RAM you need will depend on the kind of applications you want to run and what sort of files you will open in those applications. You'd have no fun using Adobe Lightroom with 40mpx raw files with just 4gb ram.

Any solution for this? Before I press the tab button everything will be fine. No sooner I press tab to check wats in my bag emulator malfunctions. WDSA buttons works as a mouse(he doesn't go back or front but screen goes up and down and mouse as a keyboard (if mouse moved it goes front and back). Pls help. Reported the problem in coustmer policy but no reply received. Video tells everything.((ignore background noise))

@bright drum You first have to install "google Play services" that you'll see in the home screen, then you'll have to open the game and then just simply sign in,
If you don't see the "Google Play Services" icon then go to the emulator settings and on the "Basic" tab make sure to select an option called "More Games"

@peak swift That maybe due to broken installation of google play services, I had a bug where the download would say that it's 100% completed and every time I clicked resume it'd just say "UPDATE THE GODDAMN EMULATOR NOW" then it'd just restart in an endless loop

Quick heads up. If you're living in a 3rd world country where you believe your government may be blocking websites or interrupting connections for that matter go to your control panel and change your connection settings. All you gotta do is to select a preferred DNS server which is 178.22.122.100
Fixed my connections problems in-game.

However this might actually mess with your web access. I should either use a VPN or switch back to a default in order to access steam for example.

@peak swift You get that error right after you update the game and try to immediately open it, just restart the emulator and you're done,
And also here's how you can change the language:
Click on the menu on the top right, select the third option, then select the small box with the dropdown arrow next to it, click on it then select english

The anti cheat is quite sensitive in pubgm, and any changes made to the emulator/os might be considered as a threat by the anti cheat as they are not "Official", even if the changes didn't affect the game, the anti cheat may see that as a threat and ban you

I have really bad experience using tgb because of my potato device. that's why I've chosen phoenix os. new account is almost 21 level now. playing for 3days on it. because of my potato device I get huge frame drop in tgb. specially when enemy comes to close the game freezes for more than 20seconds. after match ends I see I'm dead. my k/d went down to 2.48 in last season. 😞

If it is CPU related then try freeing up your cpu or changing the process priority
If it is a shader cache related problem then you have to face the stuff more often that makes your framerate drop

@peak swift Depends on what you refer to as "LAG". Lag isn't even related to framerate, in your case it looks like the CPU isn't being utilized correctly, or something else
Like what do you mean by "LAG" low framerate, or unstable frame rate
I once helped a guy who had a Core 2 duo <don't remember which gen> and 16 gb ram with no discrete gpu, and claimed he got about 50fps

You can try other api's not sure which as some pc's get better performance with Direct X and some with Open GL, you have to find that out your self
Turn of "Render Cache" and try engage in more close range combat like in war mode, it'll be a stuttering mess at first but will smooth out the more you play
Your "game" resolution is set to 1080p and according to some staff over at the telegram group, that needs more gpu power but since we're dealing with an IGPU here, the 720p mode will give you a higher max framerate but don't know about the average framerate so the 1080p mode seems to be fit for you

Yeah the game is quite demanding when parachuting as the draw distance is then higher than normal for easier navigation

@gleaming rock you can check the log see if it loads any shaders. Also you can delete the cached contents and see if they are recreated.

Delete your Vietnam account. If you didn't go to Vietnam I don't know why you'll install their version and use their service. Based on this warning you'd have to remove it as you cant have both

I have checked bt there is a issue of ping

I usually get ping 40 ms bt since yesterday I m getting 100ms 90ms ping

I have checked my internet and it’s working fine

there's 2 servers i think one is in singapore and another in india (for asia)

so its just matter of getting routed to the proper server

Hey, can someone please help me out. I haven't been playing for a while now and today I decided to play again so i downloaded again the TGB(coz i deleted it). After that, I tried downloading PUBGM but after 100% its stuck on installing now. I tried to close the emulator then open again but still no luck. I tried deleting the TGB ang reinstall it, download pubgm but still doesn't work. Lastly I tried manually copying pubgm from phone to pc to emulator...by changing the language to Chinese and add apk(pubgm) install it but still no luck for me. STUCK ON INSTALLING... I got frustrated 😤 and deleted the whole thing. But I really want to play, I missed alot of new things. I'm tired playing on the phone(graphics sucks). On PC i can play on high, hd, 40-50 fps

in addition. Again, I tried the other manual way which is going to localdiskC/programfiles/Txgameassistant/ and try to open AndroidEmulator.exe so that i could just click F9 browse and download Es file explorer etc etc... BUT SADLY, AndroidEmulator. exe doesn't open up. it said something like the common.dll can't be found and other shits. that's the last thing I did before deleting the entire thing.

this week, I'm going to try again manually but first, before I install the TGB I will go to windows defender and make an exclusion on where I'm going to install the emulator same with the Temp files. It might fix it... or not... im just gonna give it a try. If it doesn't work, then I'll go with @gleaming rock suggestion. BTW Thanks

but some folks with 12gb/16gb ram said that they did see an option for 8gb
So I have yet to confirm if that exists or not
